  • It's simple, it's delicious, it's fun - BBQ Pepper Jack Stuffed Bologna. Myron's got it going on at the compound. The BARQ-2400 Pellet Grill is cranked up to 325 and there are just a few simple ingredients you'll need for this backyard favorite.
    Temp: 325
    Time: 2.5-3.5 Hours
    Ingredients: 1/4 of a whole Bologna (Chub), Pepper Jack Cheese
    Rubs: Myron Mixon Rubba Dub Rib Rub
    Sauces: Myron Mixon Sweet Heat Mustard and Myron Mixon Set Yo Ass Afire
    Smoker: BARQ-2400 Pellet Smoker

    That looks awesome! And me being from Newfoundland, not only does it hit home for me, it's something new to try to my newfie-steak! 2 questions before I try it though (cause I wanna nail it!), How long did you leave it in for? And 2, did you stuff the hole with cheese or just one strip and it melts to fill it out? Thanks for the video, I'm fairly new to BBQing and I love you stuff! You got me hooked when I saw you in pitmasters! 🤘
