In the past there was no diagnosis of Sleep Apnea so it made sense why I was denied. Now that I have a diagnosis of OSA and require a CPAP I have a supplemental claim filed back in May. My question to you is and you may have said it in the video but I don’t know if the VA is going to look into it as a Secondary to PTSD or direct service connection, so should I submit a statement like the one you mentioned in this video to make sure they know I’m filing a secondary claim?

Interesting!! I submitted a HLR, and was sent out for a C&P. I was told the reason was because of a Duty to Assist Error. I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but I’m hoping it’s good.

I am a 74 year old Vietnam vet (served 18 months in Vietnam in 1969), and have NEVER filed a claim with the VA, as a matter of fact, I have never even been to the VA. I have a question about the last part of this video (4th paragraph) when you mentioned to list court cases, where do you find those cases and case numbers? Thanks

If a friend is making a statement should he fill out his social and all the info it asks to fill out.
No A lay statement from a budyy, friend ,or family member can be typed on a 8×11 sheet of paper signed dated and notorized.
