Yes sir you are correct my husband before he passed went to VA JUST each month. I got his medical records and he complained for everything. My husband passed from lung cancer. My husband was services connected for degenerative joints include hip and knees. From the beginning of his records 2013 until he passed 10/8/2021. My husband was at 60% So I am now running with ball😂.

Bro this is honestly the best video I’ve watched, very helpful. So I’m currently in a similar situation where I had been denied for Sleep Apnea( Secondary to PTSD). In the past there was no diagnosis of Sleep Apnea so it made sense why I was denied. Now that I have a diagnosis of OSA and require a CPAP I have a supplemental claim filed back in May. My question to you is and you may have said it in the video but I don’t know if the VA is going to look into it as a Secondary to PTSD or direct service connection, so should I submit a statement like the one you mentioned in this video to make sure they know I’m filing a secondary claim?

Who did you utilize to write you a Nexus and how did you go about it? I think there was a question about this but I did not see a response. Thanks.
