Let me correct you Jordan you don't need to have a claim for secondary diagnosis to get it granted - example i filed a claim for my neck also i filed for numbness and tingling and pain in both arms i went to a c&p exam for my neck the examiner write me a positive medical opinion the examiner also linked my arms to my cervical neck the DRO approved my arms without a diagnosis - you need a diagnosis or medical link to get a claim approved if you get a rater that is bias they will never grant a medical link on the denial they will state you need a diagnosis - To be safe get a diagnosis - great video sir as usual -
