I have 100% P&T schedular rating. keep in mind four 0% ratings are equal to 10% added, when VA combine all the rated disabilities. Thanks for your informative videos.
I went on VA .Gov and learned they Combined my Hearing Loss (new claim) and and Hyperacusis & Migraines (Both secondary to Service connected to Tinnitus). Is that good or bad. ??? At My C and P exam my Doctor he said he ruled in my favor??
Woods and Woods the VETERANS law firm I tried to fight my case myself and had help from the veterans office the VFW and the American Legion what a huge mistake I called woods and woods and they have made leaps and bounds in my case as of January 2020 I’m at 80% and I know I will be at 100% before long 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 The best choice I Ever made was asking woods and woods to handle my case

Rated for 70% ptsd, 60% gulf war related intestinal issues, 10% tinnitus, 10% scaring. Was diagnosed with sleep apnea requiring a cpap and ED all secondary to ptsd awaiting notification from VA, 100% maybe?
Your current combined rating before the sleep apnea is 90%. Since your sleep apnea requires a CPAP, it should receive a rating of 50%, if approved by the VA. The combined rating for these is more that 95%, which rounds up to 100%. Even before the sleep apnea, you could also qualify for individual unemployability benefits, which pays veterans who can't work at the 100% rate without technically having a 100% rating. If there's ever anything we can do to assist, don't hesitate to give us a call!
How do I get rated for gulf War related intestinal issues because they denied me of that some time ago. I just received 10% for Rhinitis and 0% for sinusitis; however I am still at 70% rating which I was rated for PTSD
Still in, haven’t filed yet but I will next winter. I’m claiming PTSD, Major Depression Disorder, Anxiety, GERD, Severe Migraines, Sleep Apnea & Insomnia, Tinnitus, Hearing Loss, Heart/Chest muscle (heart attack symptoms). All that in just almost 4 years of service. Praying for 100%. I still intend to work lightly, but it’ll help my family. Besides I’m pretty busted.
So sorry to hear about your medical issues. Here is some information that might help you prepare to file your claim: www.woodslawyers.com/va-disability-before-discharge/ And if you would like assistance with your initial application, we can help you at no cost.
@@dillfunk9479 Hey thanks for asking. I got 100% first time go. Not P&T or anything yet though. I won’t go for another exam for another 2-3 years. Also found a great job. My financial situation has never been better in my life. I’m pretty happy with how things are going now. I settled back into civilian life just well. All is well.

Hello I’m 28 years old. Can a 100% disabled veteran with a combined rating, who hasn’t worked in 6 years, recieve social security? If so, I would like to know if there’s any way possible to qualify, whether I have to put in a TDIU packet or what. I’ve done business with you before. I would love a response. Thank you 🙏🏾
Good question. It depends on what the criteria are for your condition(s). If any of your rating criteria include "total occupational impairment," the VA may see an attempt at working as a reason to reconsider your rating. For example, if you receive a 100% schedular rating for mental health conditions, the VA has deemed your condition to be "totally occupationally impairing." In this example, if the VA thought you were able to work with your mental health conditions, you would not have received a 100% rating. I hope that helps!

Veterans can receive SSDI and VA disability benefits at the same time. Here's some more information about that: bit.ly/3pN1TmW
How do I know if my 100 percent schedular rating is workable or unworkable?
