Man, thank you so much for bringing light to "VA Myths" and encouraging our fellow veterans, who are willing and able, to be diligent in the claims process. You and I paths are similar because I researched the 38 CFR and viewed a lot of videos on this very topic bringing me from 60% to 100% P&T! Thanks again and keep passing the word!! God Bless!!!!
I'm 100% p&t veteran done all by myself with no knowledge. Knowledge is the key. I got out in 06' . I want all my vets to understand this process. Shout out to you my fellow Atlien. Eastside shawdy keep providing the knowledge
Julius! THAT is the word I've been looking for to communicate w unmotivated vets! OBSESSION!! I've talked to many vets to convince them to FILE for a disability or increase. Crickets. IDK what it takes to light a fire under their back side. You have to get mad and obsessed w your claim. Great videos. Always learn a lot.
Man, It's like reading the bible you have to read it for yourself to understand his word not from coming from someone else telling you his word. Knowledge is the key and it's 100% coming from you in your video keep up the great information Nu Life Veteran I had 2 VSO's at 10% going into there office had little to no help from both of them it made me start reading and looking at video's like this one to help me file my claims I'm now at 90% waiting on the last review that will put me at 100%, and this is after 20 plus years out of service.
Thank you for the education you provide to veterans. Please advise that many of us have "PRESUMPTIVE" conditions and the NEXUS you describe is NOT necessary. Diagnosis of the medical condition even by VA Doctors for a presumptive condition and submit your claim. Does not matter how long it has been since your active-duty service. Thanks again HP
The closer I get to 100, the more the VBA asks for IMO's, even after the first C&P is a positive nexus. This seems shady as F. I'm almost there though, few more months of converting these REAL diagnoses into ratings.
I can appreciate this video! I was in the insurance business and fortunately learned about nexus in that business! I am a veteran and did exactly what this video says to do. First thing I did, was have my service record in hand! Second, seen doctors for my in service and out of service medical conditions. Third, was the nexus that tied the conditions to in service events that caused the issues. Finally, submitted the claims with proof of in service connection! It only took 3 months for a fully developed claim to get processed! True video, that it is your responsibility to do the work and produce proper paperwork with medical diagnosis, service connection and Nexus. Great video.
Your absolutely right knowledge is power….on my journey to 100%(p&t) I realize that you have to be well versed…these C&P exam are your gate keepers to winning your claim…tell them how your headaches are effecting your everyday life…if some days you can’t get out of the bed .. say that..what wrk for me was I took down notes on a pad and brought that with me to my exam..to help me remember what I wanted to tell the doctor…
You can start a headache journal..that counts as medical advice.. I secondary my headaches to titnus ..secondary and medical evidence is the key to 100..that’s FACTS
Love the passion bro! I will be calling, I have rated for tinnitus, va sent me to a community care neaurogist and after all 5 exams I was diagnosis with migraines, Stenosis with arthritis in neck with ridiculopoly, and carpal- tunnel in both hands. I was sent to an ENT through va community care in Dublin Ga, and all audiology test showed biateral hearing loss in both ears. I am rated at 70% for lower back with ridiculopoly in both legs, along with tinnitus. I want to do exactly what you were saying and that is connecting migraines to Tinnitus, just don't want to file wrong forms. I do have CHRONIC NECK PAIN on DC Appeals along with Hearing Lose and Migraine Headaches prior to gathering above evidence. long story short I asked for help from God and you video show up..wow! With God all things are possible! Stay Blessed JB
@@teeybannister my current combined rating is 100% P&T, I have several other service connected disabilities other than migraines, however the key is secondary claims, and never giving up
you mentioned if you are more than 12 months out of service. can you do a video for those of us still active? thank you and great motivation and information
@@NuLifeVeterans thanks for the fast response! do you need a diagnosis? in my health records it says things like “elbow sprain” but there is no diagnosis codes.
@@user-jh1wb5qd7w no as long there is complaint proof in your service treatment records is good enough go to medical as much as you can for any injuries
Negative. You still active duty??? If so, then “The Servicemember may file a claim not more than 180 days and not less than 60 days from their date of discharged “ that’s what VA says
why do poor people apply for disability? i see on tiktok that people get denied for ssdi so they apply for welfare to make ends meet. i am rich as fuck and on disability VA and ssdi. almost 5k a month.
I have a total of 60% compensation but my conditions have gotten worse of the course of 3 years. My claims are not static. I want to go in and get my compensation raised however I have not seen a doctor since. I am afraid I don’t have paper evidence even though I am suffering. I have a diagnosis from the va obviously. Should I just put in for an increase? Should I see outside medical help first to gain evidence? Please help
I have in service Diagnoses of : Migraines Acid reflux Constipation TBI PTSD/Acute stress reaction/Adjustment disorder with anxiety/Major depressive disorder/generalized anxiety Erectile disorder Planter fasciitis Ankle pain, knee pain, shoulder pain Broken bone in finger Fractured bone in foot Shin spits or lower leg pain And I’m scheduled for surgery to remove a bone in my foot. Should I file claims for everything ?
I am 70 percent (PTSD service connected) and have sleep apnea trying to get to 100 percent!! My sleep apnea I’m not rated but have the Cpap machine thru the VA! I may need that consultation!!

How do I contact you again???
Logon to nulifeveterans to book a consult or if you have already done a consult reply back to the email to rebook a consult
