I went to the VFW yesterday. I'm TDIU so I get paid at 100 percent but I'm actually 70. I asked the VFW guy if it's worth persuring trying to get full 100% he said no. I hate to sound ungrateful for my TDIU because millions of vets would love to get it. I just don't want to sit on my ass at home anymore. I'd like to attempt to work without losing the benefits because my wife is sick and champva is very important for her
So because you’re to lazy to utilize resources that can show you how to file a credible claim. Veterans are supposed to utilize their time and resources to help you for free. That’s absolutely ridiculous! Use the VSO that will file a claim for you and submit a lowball claim, it that’s simple and FREE!!
If the VA was doing its job correctly , veterans wouldn't have to go outside of the VA to get their rightful percentage. The VA always seems to lowball most veterans on their percentages.I personally don't see anything wrong with paying someone to help you. But you have to do your homework when it comes to paying someone to help you.
Bro let me set the record straight. You are type of veteran who doesn’t FOCUS and get what you deserve. Because…. Your constant complaint simply is not in 38CFR Part 4. It is not compensable. And that is the complaint of “he just / they just tryna charge us something! 😩 😩 😩. “ Do you work for free? Do you help veterans? Listen. JB literally gives you everything you need to know right here in all his videos. F-R-E-E If you want him to lay eyes on your file and direct you to the Doctors he spent hours and hours getting in board, then you gotta pay. But… again, you can literally know everything to get your claim, per your STRs, rated at what you deserve! I never paid JB - but I’ve told him in other videos - his info taught me and now I am done with my claim. For FREE. So stop finding excuses. Stop claiming someone who did nothing to you. Get off your 5th point of contact, and get busy for a solid year getting your claim fully developed. I said all I said in love to hopefully get you to FOCUS.
