I'm currently at 90 as well with current claims in for the 100. Like a battle that you have lost ground on, go back and regroup, reassess, and start looking into SECONDARY CONDITIONS. Ive suffered from migraines for years and didnt know it can be a direct connection from Tinnitus where depending on severity can be 50 percent on top of your 10 for tinnitus.

To clarify, you do NOT need to be at 100% rating to be eligible to get into the PX and Commissary. You just need a VHIC (Veteran Health ID card) indicating that you are "service connected" underneath your photo on the right hand side of the card to be allowed onto base.

I am going on 71 in June and 90% rating. The virginia veteran affairs office submitted for unemployability claim. I have been waiting since March1st. VA sent claim to Social Security to see if I draw disability there. I do not. Pending results still.

I’m a veteran, retired in 2018 . I m currently at 90% disabled;however, I am strongly believed I deserved 100% . I don’t know what to do where to go for help because some agency told me if I m asking for raise and increase I might end up to decrease to lower than the % I currently have. Isn’t true?

You think you deserve 100%? So you are Missing arms and legs? Burned to a crisp? Served in Vietnam and got exposed to agent orange? Why are you entitled to 100%? This system is so broken now that every veteran says they deserve 100%. But why? Did you not sign on the dotted Line and volunteer to serve your country? Where in that did it say you should get paid 3k plus a month because you saw certain things that were disturbing or hurt your back? When WW1 and 2 vets never got anything ... so im curious. Why do you deserve 100%? 🤔

@@operationjunkremoval8913 just because you don't have missing body parts and don't see physical issues doesn't mean someone isn't disabled or deserve what thier entitled to. We have millions and millions of POS people on government assistance for food, phones, health care, housing that have lived off of it thier entire life, but a military member, who served the country has to beg for help?
We pay illegals to come into America and collecting money, but the veteran is the issue?

I started at 30 because I was an idiot when I got my med board. I did my best to keep any mental health off and keep my ratings low out of some delusion that I could get the VA to sign off on me joining again.
Since I realized how unrealistic that was, I've gone back twice. Got 70 and then 90. Nothing hinting at them taking anything off. I'm about to drop another claim to get me to 100 because some things have gotten worse.
It's possible to have it reduced, but unlikely in my opinion. I've never heard of anyone having that happen

    I am at 90%
    40% fibromyalgia
    30% IBS
    30% adjustment disorder depression/anxiety
20% lumbar strain with degenerative arthritis of the spine
10% left lower extremity radiculopathy of the sciatic nerve
10% right lower extremity radiculopathy of the sciatic nerve
20% unspecified morning stiffness and pain, non-degenerative arthritis
10% left wrist sprain with negative ulnar variance (minor)
    10% Tinnitus

Claim migraines seconday to depression/mental health. Let your wife, spouse, family member or close friend who has witnessed your headaches or migraines write a buddy letter and submit it all to the va.

It depends on why you're at 90 and how the math works. I'm at 90% as well but the "math" has my true rating at 88% which is bumped to 90%. Therefore, if I get 50% on another claim, 50% of the remaining 12% is 6%, putting my total at 94% which rounds down to 90% overall.
