I saw where someone else used quick submit for the supplemental claim form and nexus letter, other relevant evidence.... your process is much cleaner and quicker. If I find additional evidence after I submit on line, I could use the quick submit download...right? Thanks for the info!
question I'm about to do a supplemental claim for my denial, when I upload my new evidence document, are all the other ones still in there from when I opened the claim?

Would be added by the VA once you file for ED for example and are awarded it or loss of other organ use.
Do you need to submit an intent to file when you are appealing a claim? I thought you have a year to do so. Thank you for the video it is excellent. The clock is ticking and I’m waiting on a response from my VSO. With your video, I think I can do this myself.

I submitted a new claim for my husband and VA closed it and sent him a letter asking him to submit a supplemental claim using form 20-0995.

Like I made a claim, but I forgot a document, and the next day, I wanted to add more. Can I do that?
Or do I have to make another claim on the previous one I did the day before and add additional documents?
You can, but I wouldn’t wait to long either as some would like to add after exams and most of the review has passed.

I have an intent to file for the pact act but I need to file a supplemental claim for my ptsd what would be the best option? If I selected continue it will use my intent to file that I was saving for the pact act?

Do you still have to complete a 095 or whatever form even if you do everything you don’t in this video?
If you submit the supplemental claim online, you don't have to separately submit the 20-0995 form... you are completing the 0995 form electronically when submitting it online. Be aware the online feature is still relatively new and can have issues, so check on your claim status after a few days to make sure everything is correct.
@@VeteranDP Thanks I did everything you did in the video, but the VA sent me 0995 form in the mail and they also sent me another form for my claim that I had to fill out.
Can you select more than 1 condition? If there is multiple non service connected disabilities. Or do I file individual supplemental claims

I need advice. I recently got a packed act service connected rhinitis at 0%. I feel like I should have been rated higher. I talked to a doctor that is willing to provide me another dbq for rhinitis. But he mentioned that the dbq would be rhinitis including sinusitis. So do I put in a supplemental for rhinitis or an increase? Can I use a supplemental for rhinitis to get me awarded appropriately and also get sinusitis or would that have to be an entire new claim?
