  • FDNY Engine 92, Tower Ladder 44 in Spare 95 foot Tower Ladder & Battalion 17 Responding to Box 2385 909 Sheridan Ave for Smoke on the 1st floor

    Engine 92 2021 Seagrave HD Attacker 2000/500
    Tower Ladder 44 Spare 2001/1999 Seagrave Aerialscope 95’ (Ex- Tower Ladder 9)
    Battalion 17 2020 Chevrolet Silverado
    Tower Ladder 9 ST01007 / ST99006 Responded to the World Trade Center where the Cab of the rig was destroyed how ever was not written off the rig was taken back to Seagrave and Seagrave replaced the Cab and the truck received a New Shop ID ST01007. The Names on the Side of the Rig seen in this Video are the names Of Members who were assigned to the Company and Perished, This Rig is Currently at the time the video was taken 4/16/2024 is the OLDEST SPARE Tower Ladder for The FDNY. The Photos at the End Of the video more Specifically The photo taken of the Truck at 9-11 and The Photo of the rig From FDNYtrucks are not mine photo credit goes to the original Photographers. The Photo of 44 in the Spare Sitting in the Lot is my photo thanks to the members and Officers for allowing me to take Photos of the Rig while waiting for the Tower Ladder to get a call TL-44 was parked outside due to work being done on the apron outside TL-44 Bay

    In upstate NY in Clayville we have a 1986. Mack Tower ladder that came from New Jersey that responded to the tower on 9/11.

      Yup me too shame most of the Older rigs with PA sirens are going but i think some of the newer rigs have PA as well as EQ

      @@ckrad I found a video of someone testing the siren on engine 46 and it had a PA300 yelp programmed to the EQ2B siren box.

      Yea i think all EQs for FDNY from when ever the new Siren box came out had Eq man, Wail PA-300 yelp, and eq Priority im not an expert on that

      I said in the description that there was work being done on the apron outside 44 bay so members had to move the rig to the lot so the workers can remove the plate and start filling in the hole on the apron
