Dude this guy's sister is fantastic. A major red flag for anyone is who they surround them selfs with. Granted there are people out there that have unsavory friends. But that's what's lacking today big time.
YEa many do not take the closer friends into account. They are an clear indicator about the hide true nature. And they will still have a stron ginfluence on your partner and the relationship. The new partner will show you only the goode side if the not just act. Thats why will have a false picture of your new partner. The rel one you will just see mirrowed by the friends.

This woman, fresh from declaring her love for the first time, did not have any compunctions about trashing OP for a few giggles with her toxic, neon haired gal pals and man bun Beta orbiters.
Imagine if it had been him laughing with his friends that her lady parts smell weird, that she is like a corpse in the sack and that she eats her boogers.
Anyway... misery loves company so whether she cuts them out of her life or not her "friends" have achieved undermined her relationship to the point that it ended. They will chalk that up as a win.
Concerning the lady Marine: Never move to be near a woman. It shifts the power dynamic in her favor and she loses respect for you. If she leaves say "bye, call me if you get in town" and move on and stay where you're at.

Exes are exes for a reason...I am friends with none of my exes. I believe keeping an ex around hampers the health of the next one.
I am the same. Clearing the decks for the next relationship means your new lover will have no concerns over past relationships and understand what will happen to her if she breaks up with you.
I'm the same, I once tries to be a friend to an ex but all it did was turn our conversations I to a fight and argument over why we broke up. So I went off on her, blocked the number and never looked back. I'm the same way as this marine, I'll be respectful till given a reason, once I have that reason I'll cut ties harshly and without warning... it's amazing at how many people think you are joking until they find out too late.
The fact her ex's were still male friend orbiters was a huge red flag he should have acknowledged before getting involved with her. Sure sure, platonic friendships with the opposite sex is possible and so are friendships with prior intimate partners...but a MAJORITY of the time that "just a friend" is hovering in orbit waiting to catch your naive woman in a weak moment to hook up/try to steal her. Is what it is. Women can be orbiters, too. This Marine refuses to be one of her ex's in her orbit, and that is good because SHE wants him to come in for a landing to storm her "beaches" like the wild man sasquatch he is.
I have ex's that are still friends...but they are so from a great distance. I don't hang out with them one on one even when we cross paths. I don't have much of a choice with one because we have a child together(and grandchildren), so I do have to interact with her to a degree. I have an ex-fiance I'm still friends with who flat out admitted to my second wife in front of me and a few of our friends at a dinner that she always thought that she(my ex-f) and I were going to going to end up back together eventually...until I got remarried to my AWESOME second wife. My ex-f straight up complemented my current wife that she couldn't even compete with her and is happy for both of us. My current wife was already a friend to both my ex-wife and ex-fiance before my current wife and I got involved. My ex's know what they lost, and my current wife knows what she has...and will growl at another woman if someone gets too close to me if I'm oblivious.
Bruv I think he made the right move especially because of his girlfriends friends. They might be the type to tell her to make false claims.

I have to laugh at this whole mess. Just dump her and move on, she is not worth it in your life because she will never learn, learn to choose wisely and take your time getting to know your next new love interest. Learn from your mistake and realize your lucky you are in not a combat situation,it would of ended differently. Good luck and enjoy your next lady friend.

@@ericworley4361Goofy artificial hair colors are signs of leftists, people rebelling, anti-establishment types, etc. and in the case of women, typically those who aren't interested in settling down or don't think they have to. They aren't interested in being their best for any man, showing they are responsible, care what others think, careers, long-term planning, etc. It is rare that people hang around people if they don't share their values/lifestyle and even rarer that they might not be influenced by their friends.
To any alpha guy, her having friends like this should be a serious red flag... certainly one serious enough to ask some serious questions. "Is this the kind of person you want to be?" , "Why are you hanging around with them?", "Did you used to be like that? What changed? When?", and probably a "Look, I don't commit to women who hang around adult women who still live and act like they are in their teens."

I can understand his reaction to what was said aid about him. I am retired from the military so my only question is why would he leave the corp after having served 12 years. A move like that , in my opinion, is not a wise decision.
I made the same mistake. I regretted it for the rest of my life. 8 more years, and I could have retired and still had my teaching career on top of that.
Most people I talk to who did more than one enlistment but didn’t go all the way express regret. I did my initial four active (AF) and another 17 with the Air Guard. Juggling another career (USMS), wife and kids, house and everything else wasn’t easy but in the end worth it.
Read about Blackbeard and his shortlived foray into matrimony-slightly like this story-his wife was worse than this G F and her friends shared some charecter traits with these as well ,the wonder is that they survived annoying him !

This guy’s gotta be a troll, right? She compared them making love together to being repeatedly SA’d. I don’t care what kind of man you are, once you hear that, it’s over. Instant death of any affection and attraction toward her. Imagine your girl thinking you’re just some kind of filthy animal. This is unbelievably dehumanizing, and to top it off, he hears her say all of this on the same day where they say their first “I love you” to each other. It goes to show what her “love” looks like.
