I always go to my previous text to somebody I frequently text so there is a stream of the previous text to keep on track of who I'm texting. I'd think she'd not only have to get names mixed up, but what she was texting to who or maybe she did the same thing almost so she didn't keep it straight.

Mis-addressing a text is not all that uncommon, and can be embarrassing. I once miss-addressed a text to a colleague that was meant for my wife, and that was pretty embarrassing. He got a good chuckle out of it, and, fortunately, it did not lead to divorce. 😅😅😅

my problem is auto-correct, having the flu and nyquil. not a good combination. but hubby laughed at the message, and probably at how mortified I was when I called him since I wasn't trusting the phone anymore. one thing's for sure, reading the message I ended up texting got me out of lalaland I had been.
