Thanks for the Ardnamurchan review Chris. I have several of these releases in my stash and am enjoying a 2023 Cask Strength as I type this. Have not tried the 2023 Rum Cask release that is available locally but based on your comments re the "Visitors Center Edition", I think that I shall have to give it a try. Kind Regards, Brian

I've been following a lot of the popular whisky channels on RUclips for a number of years and only discovered this one at the start of this year. You've quickly become my favourite of them all and I look forward to your weekly videos!
I think your ability to give precise and comprehensive nosing / tasting notes and pick out individual elements from the spirit / cask really sets this channel apart from many of the others. I find myself coming to your channel to look for a review whenever I'm considering purchasing a new bottle. Cheers!

I'm impressed (and thankful) that Ardnamurchan releases enough of it's regular bottling and even its cask strength so that I can actually buy it in Japan. They seem to have fended off collectors driving up prices.

Chris, only have the AD/09.22 and agreed a bit young and raw. Will wait to grab something a few years older. Cheers.

Hi Chris, Really enjoyed the line up and review. The distillery bottlings are excellent and improving with time. I'd like to try a 100% peated cask strength.... The midgie bottling I purchased last week is splendid. Jeff

Cracking review. As you say, if you haven’t tried Ardnamurchan, get hold of a bottle - any expression, to be honest: it really is a quality spirit. I enjoyed the 09/22 CS, however listening to your review of the 2023 release, motivated now to go out and buy that or wait to the next release.
The good thing about Ardnamurchan is their pricing (fair) and absence of pretension, meaning they avoid the ‘collectors’ attention.
The Midgie expression, just purchased from you(!), is fantastic. I will drop a sample in, when I can.

Great review as usual Chris and very interesting distillery. Have to admit I’m a fan and not had a bad bottling so far, so good to hear your views. Cheers
