Educational review as always. I recently tasted the two where the barley is grown on different soils, aspects within the same farm and can vouch for how different they are. There is definitely something to be said regarding terroir in whiskies, as bruichladdich have banged on about it for years, and more recently, Waterford.
Another great episode! History of a brand is one of a kind) French distilling companies seems try to march on the whiskey market more and more.
