No team passed tge ball like Liverpool back in the day
barnes would get into any team these days even barca wen he was at his best, quite simply the most underated player that this country has ever seen. prob in the top 5 best lfc players of all time in my opinion...
What a game to be alive seeing Mancs losing plot with our attacking flair.
I watched the whole game remember jumping for joy lol
John Barnes, what a beauty.
My favorite Liverpool team. That team was the best and it was only missing King Kenny, Keagan, Fowler, and Sami Lee
Gerrard
John Barnes best player I ever saw ...as in watched live ..the television doesn't quite show it how he was head and shoulders above anyone on the pitch ...an absolute disgrace he never got picked in the 90 world cup as a first team player
To think that J. Milner now wears our No.7 jersey. Not that Milner is a bad player, though.
