Why Curved Monitors isn't Used For FPS Games

I never knew the main reason why fps games never recommented curved monitors for it till I decided to get on myself and test it out and not only that but read more to finalize on my response to it and it was mesmerizing for real

I'am using an old (2017) Asus 23" flat monitor for Valorant. My brother has bought the Samsung G6 (G65B) curved monitor with 240 Hz. I've also tested it for a one month. The difference is insane and huge. Now I've also ordered the same curved monitor. I can recommend curved monitors for Valorant.

i had this same question because i’ve always kinda wanted a curved monitor. just one of those things where gamers decided one thing “wasn’t good” and everyone went with it

its not always how one decides something that we all need to follow up , tbh i think its all just preference, cos i have been using it as my main monitor to play valorant competitive and its good, no issue or what so ever experiences till date
