The majority of black people will never understand this concept. The concept of making your life better, working together, making and keeping your spaces beautiful, obeying rules. That would be a major issue for which they should have a contingency in place. Leaving this aside, one cannot but be have admiration for the success they have made from green field to a flourishing town.

It is culture and which includes work ethics, respect for others lives as well as property and each individuals contribution to the community.
