- Part 2 of the full body stretch routine with warm-up integrated. This gets more into the science and methodology of creating better mobility for the body. If you would like to get more yoga in for the day, you are welcome to practice any of the previous classes before this one.
Today’s practice was amazing! I absolutely love the detailed instruction against the wall. Thank you Tim for reminding us to keep checking in with our nervous system and body when it’s too much back off find your five in a 1 to 10. I have to be reminded I totally forget! I’m so looking forward to tomorrow! I just continually I’m feeling so much physically better. And mentally the challenge is being met to because I have to get up really early to do this before work. Everybody have a great day. See you tomorrow.
Great attitude! Thank you Sandra
@@yogawithtim I’m just glad I found you!
Hey Tim! I was a yoga instructor for 3 years and I’ve been to my fair share of classes, this was marvelous!
I loved the fluidity in all of these moves, and it felt wonderful! Thank you!
Giving me Mr Rogers vibes when you were putting on socks at the start of the video. 🥰 Also, I was so excited for a cozy stretch day! It's gray and rainy out my window this morning. ❤
Hahaha! It's wonderful day in the neighborhood! Thanks Heather.
Love the isometric work and the calisthenics vibe. Thank you!
Glad you love it. Thanks
I have been searching for a mobility routine that helps prevent injuries. This is it!! Thank you, Tim!
You're so welcome
One of the excellent basic stretching videos, thanks Tim!
You're welcome Antonio
I really needed these stretches this morning, as I woke up stiff, with pain in my right scapula and neck. I felt much better after. I've no problems with squats, maintaining balance is my issue. The more I do your classes the better I'm getting. Thanks Tim for providing safe and effective classes. Have a great day! Namaste 🧘🏻♀
You got it. Thank you. Namaste
I'm loving incorporating this stretching work into the challenge and also into my practice, especially as I have a tendency to short-change myself when it comes to stretching. This was great--thank you, Tim!
Glad you're loving it. Thanks
Thanks Tim. I agree with Sandra - reminding us to not push too far is helpful for those of us who have the "no pain, no gain" slogan in our heads!
In all things... 'balance' (No pun intended.) 😉
I set a 30 day goal for myself to focus on and work through the things most important to me, mind maps, daily planners, time frames etc. Part of that was letting go of external pleasures such as getting high. I have to say I've never tried anything like this and throughout this routine I could feel my internal nervousness release and contract through the stretch process. I have alot of self esteem and internal dialogue habits to change if I want my external achievements to mean anything.
Just wanted to say thank you as this will now be a part of my life routine especially as I'm discovering myself through this mental fast.
Loved this routine. Especially the wall section... The subtle variations which deepen the stretch feel absolutely incredible. Thank you Tim!
Great to hear. Thanks
Yeah! I have noted many of these stretches sprinkled into your classes-this is a great resource to have them all in one class. Excellent instructions. ‘Our breath is our window to the nervous system.’ 😊❤ peace.
You got it. Thanks
Thank you so much, Tim! I'm a day or two off, but I did a bike/run and was really looking forward to this one! It did not disappoint!
Glad it worked for you.
Sweatpants and socks….BEST!! Tim these daily sessions are amazing! I have already noticed improvement by incorporating the first lesson of stretching into other days. I am stoked to see the changes from this round when practiced throughout the week. Thank you for adding these to the challenge! 🤙🏼
Great to hear! Thanks
Happy day 12!!! These stretches were challenging which means I'm on the right path to achieving ultimate body flexibility. I will surely reference this routine more often to make sure I increase in progress! Thank you Tim and happy Thursday team!
Way to go. Thanks
Thanks Tim! Love your classes!
Glad you love them! Thanks
Love, love, love the stretches. I began this morning with day 11's practice and continued straight into this one. I feel great now. Ready to go. Thanks, Tim! Namaste
Glad you love it. Thank you.
Excellent class today. Thank you Tim.
I will be adding these stretches to my routine. Very beneficial for me.
Great 30 day course!! 🧘🏼♂️💪🏻🙏🏻
Glad you're liking it.
Loving the challenge so far! After this class, Tim, I think you might really enjoy a ballet barre course if you haven't yet had that experience. Range of motion, control over rotation, awareness of body alignment, improved strength and flexibility, weight bearing stretches, breath with movement, and even some cardio!
Thanks for all you do! I've been practicing with you on and off since like 2014. I started back then going to your videos for a challenge. It's really been incredible seeing you become the teacher you are today. You should be proud of the journey, truly.
Thank you so much. 😉
This was awesome! I normally take my flexibility for granted and I sometimes get competitive and try to cram myself into those "jam sessions". This class was a great way to slow down and intentionally work through some key areas that don't always get engaged. I'll definitely be referencing back to this video for my outer hip mobility.
You got it. Thank you
Wow!!! This class has become a HUGE help to my mobility. You are THE BEST Guide. Thanks!, Tim. 💛
Thanks Ellen.
Another super class Tim! I've bookmarked it and am looking forward to repeating it many times. Your tips and explanations are streets ahead 🙌 thanks for the insights
Glad it was helpful!
Such a great video, thank you! Definitely something I am trying to incorporate more into my fitness routine. Your videos make it accessible yet challenging - I appreciate it!
Great to hear. Thanks Mary
Brilliant, Tim. Flexibility in my muscles - especially hamstrings - has been my greatest challenge. These will certainly help me overcome that problem.
Should help... Yes
As someone who’s early in their yoga practice journey, this 30day series has been my favourite since I started following you in 2021. It teaches the foundations of yoga and provides the technical step-by-step and background knowledge to engage the body, mind, and soul for a holistic experience. Thank you.
Thanks for the nice 'all around' comments. Glad it's working for you.
This is definitely something to need to work on! I have the squat down pat but the splits are a far different story! Thanks for sharing these stretches!
You got it. Stay with it.
Super class, just what I needed and great to see the impact by doing that stretch at the end. Thank you Tim!
You're welcome!
perfect class for a snow day ! feel much better after this , thanks Tim
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for your clear explanations! I’m loving my regular Tim hit.😊
Great to hear! Thanks Katherine
Hey Tim. Haven’t been following the series, just looked up “yoga routine” because I was feeling stiff after a big run yesterday. I’ll just say, that was absolutely awesome! Felt amazing and completely freed everything up! Thank you Tim, I’m going to have a crack at this challenge you mentioned!🎉

That was stretchgasmic. Just what the body needed. Thank you. Be definitely keeping up these stitches.
Thanks Tizziana
Excellent stretch on day 12! I’ll be incorporating this regularly into my flexibility training as this is an area that I can use improvement. This has been such an incredible journey so far and looking forward to the days to come. You’re a gem of a teacher Tim. Thank you 🙏🏻
Good to hear it. Thank you
The best guide stretches routine thanksgiving Tim for this new challenge season have a great journey Namaste 🙏🧘🏻♀️
You're welcome. Namaste
This sequence felt fantastic! Perfect way to stretch after a run or just for daily maintenance.
Great to hear.
I am so proud how much better my squat is getting. The stretches truly help with posture and mobility. I printed some out and do them regularly as part of my evening routine.
Awesome. Way to go!
Best ever, so thanks Tim! 🙏
You're welcome
OMG. The best set of stretches I’ve ever done for my hamstring, hips and hip flexors. You are a genius. Thank you. No cramp for me ever again.❤
Great to hear. Thanks
Great one today, Tim! Thanks so much for sharing a methodical way to approach the splits. I'm looking forward to working on this and improving my range of motion.
Great! Thank you
Love the variety in this challenge.
Glad you love it.
I returned to these stretches after day 15's practice. Next I want to revisit the knee strengthening exercises. Thanks, Tim.
You got it. Thanks Vicki
I am loving your 30 day challenge so much! It isn't just going through a flow, you are really teaching me so much more. I am even enjoying your stretching sessions.
Thank you for showing me a more detailed yoga.
You are so welcome!
My squat felt great in the end! The stretches felt so good. I had a very active day yesterday - so often my yoga next morning would be "business as usual vinyasa flows' no matter what my previous day was like, flows that focused on strength with planks and chaturangas, which is normally great, but good long stretches are what I really needed today. Thank you so much, Tim - see you tomorrow ('woof' to Ollie, in absentia) 🙂
Glad you like the stretches Darlene. I'll pass the 'woof' on to Ollie. 😉
Loved and needed these stretches, Tim! Thank you!
You're welcome Katie
I absolutely love the stretches. It is a nice surprise for me today. I learned some really useful stretches and I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. Thank you Tim. And it is nice to see others have the same feeling as mine.
Good to hear it.
Thank you Tim! you too Ollie , even though you didn’t share the class with us today - though I know you love stretching! so not sure why you missed it , hope you are having an amazing day Bear.
I'll pass it on to the bear. 😉
Thank you Tim for the great and fun stretches. It was less challenging than usually. Fits my friday mood. Much Love ❤
Good to hear. Thank you Saad
Thank you Tim! Another marvelous class! PS if you were going for a Mr. Rogers vibe at the beginning, it worked! All you needed was a train set and a cardigan! Yay Tim! Yay Mr. Rogers!
Hahaha! 😂 Thanks.
Love, love, love this. I am sure it will really improve my practice.
I hope so!
This stretch was so amazing! It also comes in a good time during the 30 day challenge, cause I already feel more flexible and secure in those poses.
Great to hear!
That squat at the end really felt so, so much easier! Thanks Tim.
Good to hear. Thanks
This 30 day challenge is amazing, I feel like so often in yoga because I can’t get into the full forward fold that I am just not benefiting from the pose and not progressing, but with these classes and instruction I feel like for the first time I know what I should be focusing on to progress and finally not hating forward folds. Thanks for explaining so much!
Thanks Hailey and so good to hear all this.
Second time around for this one after an gnarly fall of my horse yesterday. I really credit not getting injured to increased strength and flexibility from your classes. Thanks!
Ohhh. Sorry to hear. I think you're right... strength and flexibility definitely help. Be better soon!
Did today part 2 of the full body stretch (found it quite challenging in some parts) plus day 4 and feeling relaxed and invigorated, thank you Tim! 😊
Good to hear. Thanks
A great morning sequence full of revelations about the interior workings of attachments of bones and muscles (plus: who knew yoga with knees and ankles and toes covered could be so good?)!
Thanks Raymond.
I'm enjoying a lot all the practices, thanks
Great to hear!
fantastic addition to my practice. thank you so much for the wonderful poses, the great insight into the what and why, and for the variations for different flexibility levels. absolutely amazing!
You're so welcome! Thank you
Definitely returning to this one and Part 1 repeatedly to help me hang loose. Thanks!
Got it. Thanks
Loved this after a run!!
Awesome. Thanks
Amazing stretch for a stiff runner. I love it!

Awesome stretch routine, Tim! thank you!
You're so welcome!
I’m doing this session 4x/week. You’re right about everything! Thanks so much. I haven’t felt this good since I was in the womb (probably).
Hahaha! Thanks Jason
That was wonderful!!! I am promising myself I will do a few times a week.!! Thank u so much!!!!
You got it. Thanks Adrienne
loved this guided stretch routine ! Thank you Tim
Glad you enjoyed it!
1rst of January and this session completed, Happy New Year everyone!!!!
This is truly awesome! I've been struggling with trying to increase my flexibility and hip strength for years. I've worked this class into my routine every other day and I already notice improvements. Thanks so much Tim!!
So good to hear. Thanks
Thank you friend this was fantastic!!! I will be back 4 more times this week and I subscribed so I can keep getting more. Thank you so muchhhhhh

Great practice and addition to my practice. Thanks
You're so welcome!
Tim is best No protest😃👍
You're a poet! 😊
Hey Tim! So late to this challenge since it was published a while ago lol, I did your 2020 yoga challenge with my mom during Covid and I’ve been wanting to return to your videos for a while now! I’ve been following along daily and I’ve been really enjoying this challenge. Thanks for doing what you do! See you tomorrow!
OK. Cool. Thanks McKenna
Love Ollie checking in at 15:49. Thanks for these classes Tim, I really enjoy them x
Hahaha! Yes. Glad you like them
Wow! That was some stretch class!! Love it. Learning so much from this challenge and already feeling much stronger and more stable in my yoga practice. Thanks 🙏
You're so welcome and great to hear
Amazing classes Tim. We are doing this in February instead of January. Love the funny comments. Socks and Walnuts. Keep it up you are doing everything right and we can feel our body’s becoming more flexible as we progress. Graham and Wendy Hampshire U.K
Thank you for the nice report and glad it's working out for you both.
I really liked this class! Thank you 🙏🌺
You're welcome
second time this week...feels good!!
Glad to hear. 😉
Tranks! I am doing your challenge during my lunch break now and it helps a lot for my second part of the day!
Good to hear it. Thanks Oana.
Cheers Tim. Really enjoying the challenge this year. Super keen to able to get down to a full squat - figure doing these stretches will be fundamental. Anything else I should add. Thanks for such great instruction
This and practicing squating 👍
Thank you Tim. That was a really useful sequence. I can see now why some yoga poses are impossible for me and hopefully I can improve on them now. Amanda. X
Cool. Thanks Amanda
Wow. I wasn’t even close to the squat at first, then did it at the end as you suggested and it was easy… gnarly
Awesome!
I just love this session. I'm very slowly easing myself back in to running and it's become my post run stretch routine
Great to hear. Thanks Simone
Some great cramps ... was totally awesome. Big winds along the coast here in Kent. Thanks.
Thank you
Loved this one!! Really nice sequence to have for recovery days
Glad you loved it.
When you said “now we’re going to work on splits”, I gave my screen such a look! Thankfully you followed up with “don’t freak out” and gave modification.
Hahaha!
That was amazing!! Thanks🙏
You're so welcome!
I loved part 2. Thank you 🙏
Glad you loved it
I think this was the hardest class in your challenge so far. it's 40 degrees and raining here in New Jersey and I sweat through my clothes doing these stretches. My backward kick at the end was as good as my kick boxing days. The foot stretches were definitely the most painful. Thanks for pushing me Tim.
You got it!
Good class Tim. You do a good job of managing expectations by reminding us that we need to do this 3 times a week or more. BTW my legs don’t come off the floor in the wide stretch. Haha a bystander wouldn’t know it but I’m lifting with all my might. 😢
That's ok! Keep practicing like that. No self-judgment. We gotta start somewhere.
As someone learning to release need of validation outside myself,
I recommend doing this naked in the mirror🪞💗
Use your eyes to send love onto every inch of your skin, muscles, and folds
as you stretch and press love through your joints and ligaments.
The mirror keeps you accountable to the core and your shapes,
as you keep yourself accountable to the core love you have underneath it all. Nakedness keeps you accountable to your mortality.
This is a borrowed body and will not have these capabilities forever,
so the time to love it is now.
Wring out the negative beliefs of self as you wring the tension out. 🛎️
Get comfortable with ALL of yourself,
so you can feel good within,
no matter what you put on.
Stay that golden light…
inside and out y’all 🫰🏼
Namaste 🪷
Thank you Nicole.
The seated straddle leg lift-ups was a new stretch for me. Not easy!!! Definitely need to work on that one! I love a good stretch class and noticing how you can go deeper as the minutes go by. Thanks, Tim.
You're welcome Alison
It is cool to be able to feel 95% relaxed (just the right hip/pelvis is slower to acquiesce), the last few years has been a journey of letting go of tension. Everything was painful to move, forcing myself though workouts couldn’t work anymore, my Achilles ruptured. Letting go has been a really interesting experience, especially the way the pain needs to escape with as much fanfare as possible (many times I was left feeling “am I dying or is this going to be a good thing”). I look forward to mining through what is stuck in this hip- I swear that as my needs change and I start to employ new ways of doing things, I find you one step ahead. Thanks for sharing your practice and for evolving so much, it has been a really cool experience.
Thanks Amy for bringing me up to speed on your journey. So good to hear about your evolution. 😊
very challenging, with good options for those of us with flexibility challenges (age, years of running, late start to yoga etc). I will incorporate this routine several times a week . Thanks, as always Tim. Namaste.
You're welcome. Namaste
Great class! When I did the seated straddle lift I got cramps in my quads as I had never felt before tho! I was fine the next day but have to be mindful and work on this
Know when to say when. 😉
Thank you for this extraordinary class😊
You're so welcome
Wow this felt so good to do and quickly made me realize how tight my hips are… Looking forward to the next one and only up from here! Thanks 🙏🏼
Glad it's helping
OMG, TIM! I could do the squat at the end with heels on the mat! I don't have a flexibility issue generally, but the full squat somehow escaped me until now - I'd always end up with heels raised. Not this time... AWESOME!
Awesome and great to hear! Thanks
Did the standing splits feel great after all the stretches and the straddle?! Amazing, thanks so much Tim!!
You're welcome!
Loved it! Would love to be able to implement this every day
Glad you loved it.
Hey Tim, thanks for this really deep series of hip and inner leg stretches, always needing more hip mobility and stretching as a cyclist. If for future videos you could turn up your mic that would be so helpful, its hard for me to hear you sometimes and I have the volume turned all the way up already. Thanks again!
You're welcome and thanks for the feedback
This was a super session for my sciatica. Thank you. It will be on repeat every week.
You got it. Thanks
