As a retired trial attorney, I have come to greatly appreciate this judge’s dispassionate tone, willingness to let the defendant vent his spleen, and still keep rolling through her calendar. She never enrolls and never gets impatient. She also swiftly ends the conversation and always makes the correct decision. Also “SovCit Whisperer” is utterly classic, @TeamSkeptic!

@@TeamSkepticyeah she seems like a good judge, I personally love Judge Brian Oakley. One of my absolute favorites for these cases. Keeps control of his court and won’t play games but informs them of their rights and lets them bury themselves. If they get stupid he will arrest them.
any person committing a crime in US jurisdiction, no matter of their nationality, can be held in jail. Claiming to not be a citizen of a country does NOT make you immune to it's laws. You live in the US you are held to US laws.
Even if you didn't live here, a German tourist on a 3 day holiday in New York is subject to US laws for those 3 days.

This Judge was pretty solid here. Listened just a tad bit to his schpeel, then just plowed forward. Excellent.
She always does that. I love watching her. She let's them speak, listens closely to what they say, and then the hammer of thor drops as she eviscerates their illogical explanations. She's good, Brian Oakley is good, and Sean Perkins is good. They all use a similar technique from behind the bench.

She lets them make whatever nonsensical, unfounded statements or arguments they wish. The judge or magistrate doesnt have to correct or educate the defendant. The courts shouldnt spend 4 years spoon feeding a basic understanding of law or civics.
It's a courtesy and a fair chance for the party in question to speak. It's good that we have judges like this.
Nearly all the judges will let them make their basic arguments. Then they deny it and move on. The ones who won't let the judge move on star in the majority of the sov cit videos posted on YT.

Naming usually refers to trademark, not copyright. It's delaying nonsense. The "bar", in this context, refers to the physical railing that separates the "rabble" from those engaged in the trial (which sometimes permits limited input "babble from the rabble" when summoned BEFORE the bar).

So he is accused with felony violations, gets out on PR bond, breaks bond and gets a $250 bond if he can find a bondmans. Hope he cannot get one. People who do a less get a lot higher bond in some places. There really needs to be national standards for at least most crimes.

Technically, there are a few non-citizen US nationals, as provided by federal law. One may be an American Samoan born to non-citizens and be a US national and not a US citizen. Some of them actually now live in Wisconsin. They may be issued a US passport as non-citizen nationals. ANYONE ELSE claiming that status for a US passport may have committed numerous federal felonies.

Also, hallucinations & intrusive thoughts & like symptoms can be helped with treatment. Pretty much difficult to impossible to treat delusions. Best outcome I saw from a multidisciplinary treatment team & a client who was sick of the hassle was that the beliefs were still there, but client was able to pause before acting on them. Often in that pause, person able to choose the path of less hassle.

In his world, since he doesn’t recognize the name that’s listed on his birth certificate, SS card, and other forms of legally accepted ID, a bond with that same name listed on it is not applicable to him.
