For once the sovereign citizen was operating a vessel.
Yep.
Hence the gold fringe on the flag behind the judge…ADMIRALTY COURT IS NOW IN SESSION! 😂😂😂
Only it wasn’t road pirates this time who kidnapped him, they were actual water pirates.😂
He files a motion he doesn't even understand, wtf 🤯🤯🤯
It's not a vessel , it's floating household good.😆😆
The arrogance of this clown is mind blowing. He operated a boat on a lake while intoxicated, risking other people's safety, and he's whining about HIS rights?
Drunk drivers are the absolute worst, most selfish type of person.
Yea , but he is part of the Jerk annoying tribe ! Ha, Ha , Ha ! He could have said that he was using alcohol as part of his religion ; like some tribes use Peyote .
And Drinks alot McCloud (real "native American" name there.
) thinks being a native American makes him free to do whatever he wants.
@@isaned I love your comment !
And wasn't PART of his own testimony was that he had Family Members in the boat at some time?
Another reason i dislike sovcit is because it makes legitimate Native American lawsuits seem like nonsense.
AGREED hildia!
This McCloud is as native American as Faux-cahauntus!
@@isaned Ah! . very good, That took a minute , but I got it.
They are still nonsense. Just slightly less so than sovs
@@2200Stinger Native American lawsuits are not nonsense, the US government has treaty obligations. See McGirt vs. Oklahoma as an example.
You got drunk and operated your boat with an expired registration. Pay the price.
if he goes to triak that will happen
Your objection is noted and your motion is denied. Go Judge!!!
He's arrogant, rude, delusional, argumentative, and is claiming to be above the law. The jury is going to love this guy.
The amount of time and tax payers dollars wasted on these clowns is unreal. They say it is all "unfair". Shit try going to Russia and acting like this? He would get 30 years flat time. The USA gives more chances and rights than anywhere on earth.
@@danielrn133 Innocent until proven guilty. I wouldn't have it any other way.
@@danielrn133no, no, no, the Russian fuzz would take him down to the basement and there teach him some manners. It's highly unlikely any SovCit would continue sovcitting after that!
@@Ocrilatthis judge isn't really indulging this dkhead. I've seen judges let these guys derail hearings like this.
@@danielrn133it's called Due Process. Some states have more elaborate processes than others. And yes there are way too many delays in the system. However this judge is running a tight ship.
"You don't have jurisdiction." "I already ruled that I do." Whaddaya say to THAT?
If you travel to France you ARE subject to French LAW. If you travel to Brazil you ARE subject to Brazilian LAW. If you travel to any state in the country you ARE SUBJECT TO STATE LAW! If you dont want to be a citizen LEAVE!
But but but...he's part of a tribe. That makes him above the law, right!?! This guy is a dum***s.
How True!
It's more about native American treaties. If you are on the reservation, you are subject to their jurisdiction. If you get a speeding ticket, you are paying the tribe. If you are off the reservation, you are subject to the jurisdiction of the state, county and municipality even if you live on a reservation.
However any illegal is allowed to come over here and not be subject to United States federal immigration law (deportation).
@@2200Stinger Talk to the liberals about that.
He should be charged for wasting time and resources. It's surprising that some people think they can play lawyer. I was laughing so hard when the Judge said "legal nonsense" lololol
that was a fantastic moment edward!
Being native American is not a get out of jail free card !
even on Tribal lands there's laws. He is stupid
But he can operate his canoe while smoking his peace pipe while traveling, right? Lol
Also, and no offense, but these aren’t really “peace treaties”. They’re treaties of mercy and friendship. It’s not really a mutual thing. They’re respected and allowed by the United States.
@@isaned eyeroll
@@isaned Only if he does a rain dance after.
He's accusing the officers of being culturally insensitive because they arrested him for committing a crime. He is the perpetual victim
Cops are losers and just mess with people and get lucky . I assure you I have been harassed and lied to and lied about when doing nothing . If you have not then you are lucky . Most of the time cops get bad guys . A lot of the time innocent people are hurt . I’m sure this guy was so hammered that it was ok he went to the bathroom first . No cop has ever let a person use the bathroom or go out of sight if suspected of a crime lol . This is a really good example of railroading.
The officer made an excellent witness. He headed off every attempt by the defendant to "Trap" him in some kind of legal loophole.
He can be charged with paper terrorism.
Barratry
This idiot keep losing, and he will lose the jury trial. Meanwhile he is just wasting time and keeping this charge over his head.
That's ok, any licence he has for his boat, etc is suspended during the trial, and will no doubt be yanked when the trial ends, so he's just prolonging how long he's off the water. The other water users should be happy that this assclown isn't a danger to them atm.
His "vessel" has sailed..
And sank about as fast as the Titanic. Only difference was that no band was playing as he plunged down into Davy Jones' locker.
Rights galore but never responsibilities!
Imagine going court four or 5 times and still say court has no jurisdiction dude is mentally not capable of understanding law
pretty damn sad BUT i truly think all these folks are just tring to frustrate teh courts with delay tactics...hoping they will get tired of em and drop the cases...just my .02
Problem is it worked in some courts. And it used to work a lot with police on the streets. But with all of the people who finally watch these interactions on RUclips and other places is bringing attention to it. As well as people trying to make money acting like they are book smart but in fact just knew this little loophole knowing police get irritated and let them go, they charge people for their "special" knowledge
@OSGCourtWatch I worked with an atty that had a few sovcits for clients, they were exhausting!! They flood the atty and courts and assume they will give up and let them walk😅😅😅
Dude listen..
You were drunk operating a boat...no amount of motions are going to change that...these adult babies who try at every turn to evade accountability drive me crazy and then the irony of their wanting our laws to protect them when it's convenient for them😂😂
He wants to trickle his motions, to extend the case for years.
The Donald Trump strategy. Let's see how it works out for him.
Exactly. He's trying to make his case take so long that they drop it as being stale... it's worked in some other jurisdictions. Thankfully, this judge has dealt with sovtards in the past and knows their games.
they need to charge these fools with court costs.. Thats for sure
Sure .. why not?... you've already taken their land and sacred grounds. Claimed land that was given to them to only pull it back due to finding something precious people wanted. .Why not add more insult to injury?!
notme2day…… when “Native Americans” were asked about the Arizona cliff dwellings their response was the cliff dwellings were made by the people that came before them. “Native Americans” of today also immigrated. So all this colonization talk is BS.
@@notme2day Sure, all that happened. But it doesn't change the fact that this person was operating a boat with more alcohol in him than a keg of Jacks... should he be given a pass because his people were treated shamelessly by generations that came before? (I'm not even sold that he's even Sioux). All he's trying to do is escape his responsibilities, and obviously can't take his punishment for his own actions, like a man.
@@notme2day Read your comment and tell us where it makes sense. By the way, Queen Victoria was more "Native American" than the defendant in this case, little guy.
It’s annoying the judge even explains this stuff to him that he has no obligation to since he’s representing himself
100%. delay delay delay...
@@OSGCourtWatch its because they are relatively polite, if the judge says stop interrupting, they do. As long as they talk their gobbledy gook in a civil manner the judge will tolerate more than he should. Just a waste of taxpayer money, needless to say.
If I was a judge I'd be doing this so that the record is clear that the self-representing defendant wasn't railroaded, should it go to appeal. It would show that the defendant had multiple opportunities to back track and get a lawyer.
It may not be required but given the way I have seen judges rule in the past, I wouldn't put it past appeals courts to say that the defendant has a point / judge didn't do enough to make sure the defendant understood what is going on, etc and find in the defendant's favor.
@@dataspiller still not necessary to even do it for that purpose. When a judge addresses representation they explain they’re expected to know the procedures a lawyer would know and explain the risk in representing themselves..
It’s probably to knock down any appeal by the defendant. Can’t say I blame the judge.
How can he advocate for cultural sensitivity training when he dosent believe in the state and it’s environs? Cherry picking at its worst
Imagine being a person who's ancestors held this land first.
Now imagine "Americans" complaining about immigrants, following the rules and coming into America today and MAYBE you'll grow some sensitive to how native Americans feel.
@@notme2dayuh...nobody is complaining about legal immigrants, but illegal ones who assault, steal and even murder innocent U.S. citizens (i.e. Laken Riley)
But I do get what you're saying because imagine how alot of even earlier "Americans" felt when they lost their lands to the Iroquois, the early Mississippians, the Aztecs, the Mayans. the Mohawks and most tribes in fact, if not all. So native Americans need to also have some sensitivity and realize that everything their tribes own today really belongs to those earlier "Americans".
notme2day…… when “Native Americans” were asked about the Arizona cliff dwellings their response was the cliff dwellings were made by the people that came before them. “Native Americans” of today also immigrated. So all this colonization talk is BS.
@@jamescarpenter7161 big difference between civilizations centuries.... don't you think?
Big difference between making treaties over land and then breaking those treaties when precious metals etc... are found ... or someone wants to run an oil pipeline through it.
@@joonsmelodie9927 Really?.. nobody's complaining about "legal migrants"? SERIOUSLY? .... you obviously having been paying attention then. Unless ... are you talking about the non brown migrants? Must be what you're referring too.
FYI- Aztec/Myan tribes never really made that far north, into to USA. They were more south America than north America.
Edit- many more American born people break the law than illegal OR legal immigrants... you can even verify those facts.
I am troubled by the defendant's implication that it is acceptable for a Native American to operate a boat while intoxicated.
Native Americans would doubtless be unimpressed as well. I live within sight of Morocco - a country beloved of Sovcits despite being unaware of it's location - and have Moroccan friends who are uniformly displeased that some American nationals feel entitled to masquerade as Moroccans in order to commit crimes within the USA and evade the consequences. Perhaps they should be deported to their declared homeland ? A swift reappraisal of their chosen nationality would be immediate, wouldn't it ?
As a Native American, I too am troubled by his implication. No one has a right to operate a boat while intoxicated. Though, I do find it hilarious that these idiots try to use my heritage as a get out of jail free card. I can assure you, it certainly didn’t help the numerous Native Americans currently in custody in both the US and Canada!
It's even more insulting because native Americans are more prone and, in the community, have a lot of issues with alcoholism
No doubt someone has already said this but here goes: a sovcit in an actual vessel. Wasn’t he traveling??
🤣🤣🤣🤣
he WAS traveling rowan, just allegedly a little too happily (over teh limit)...lol
He won't show up for the trial, they never do.
“Aren’t you as a judge supposed to not be bias???” Me: “Basically you’re supposed to look the other way and let me do whatever I want when I want without any consequences.”
Great example of why you should retain a lawyer. He didn't know what he didn't know.
I'm not clear that he even knows what he really does know.
A fine example of the Dunning/Kruger effect in action.
I hope they charge these idiots for extended court costs.too much time and resources taken on their frivolous motions
Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client and and an idiot for an attorney.
He's not doing his "tribe" (I still want to see the DNA proof) any favors, by basically saying that it should be a right of tribe members to boat intoxicated and a danger to others, without fear of responsibility. He's smug and arrogant.
I have a feeling that he will take a deal before he goes to a jury trial.
Absolutely!!!
So the defendant not only does a good job of making himself look completely senseless during every hearing, he also makes sure some of this ridiculous hearings are put into evidence so the appeals court can have something to laugh at
He needs a contempt charge
If this guy is a member of a tribe, I'm a member of one of the 13 tribes of Israel. The ego. The narcissism. The lack of any self reflection..... it's vile

He really thinks he's gonna win, the way he's sitting & being arrogant. You broke the law sir, get over it!!!
Sovereign Citizens, when I first encountered them, appeared to be interested in the law, just misguided. After I learned more about them, their gobbledegook is about avoidance of consequences for their failing to follow the law that interests them.
So where do their beliefs lie? I've heard these guys claim no jurisdiction and then cite state law as shown here at 27:00 . I thought state law didn't matter? These guys are all over the place with their limited understanding.
Question from Europe: considering that these idiots loose all court cases, where are the continue to come from ad nausea?
They’ve only ever “won” by using overwhelming delay tactics, causing some over worked courts to dismiss their case. Then they use that example to fire up other Sov Cits as “proof” that their position is right. Exhausting, but also humorous.😂
It appears that this person was indeed intoxicated. The fact he is so concerned about his rights but the rights of his family to be safe escapes him. Take away all the BS about his rights and jurisdiction, the legalities of a warrent and tribal affiliation, and you are still left with a drunk endangering his family and everyone else.
I have to stop watching. I admire the judges and officers who must put up with such self-absorbed, arrogant, ignorant people. I am 75 and have always been told I can actually be too patient; apparently not, bc I could not sit through this and have to interact with this man!
This is what happens when someone doesn't understand how the law is APPLIED, and they think that reading something equates to understanding it.
He understands that beer tastes good.
This fool is wasting resources for a case he will lose! I’m sick of these liars and big mouths YOUR GUILTY ADMIT IT
This judge is great. He just takes all the gibberish thrown at him one by one and puts it to bed. The only thing left is to say “nice try.”
I've said this before, if this clown had just agreed to a plea, paid the fine and serve his 6 months probation over the winter he'd be boating this summer. By dragging this out he'll get sentenced to 6 months probation with no boating all summer.
If you actually believe that he will not go on his boat again, then you are delu just like the nutcase? He will just go to a another place if he can. The only way they will keep him off the boat is remove the boat and put it in impound. They should charge him for every day too.
… probation does absolutely nothing.
@@jakeastside I understand that. My point was that if he'd taken the plea that was originally offered, he'd be free and clear by boating season.

Oof, I don't know. I've learned the hard way to browse the comments _before_ watching Gauthier videos, because the very, _very_ common instances of him getting walked all over and letting sovcits go scot-free are just too hard on my mental health :(

So much of the courts time has been wasted on this loser.
So can you just buy Sioux Tribal Nation citizenships on the Internet? Sort of like buying a square meter of land in Scotland to make you a certified land-owning Lord?
What an insufferable waste of the judicial system's resources. Total codswallop!
That’s a great word. Codswallop!

You have to note that all the time this is going on the officer cannot do his job………
He is doing his job though. Testifying is part of their job, just like paperwork is part of their job.
Beautifully done by the judge.
Textbook example of the results of acting as ones own lawyer. 🤣
I look more Indian than that guy.
Me too and my family came from Norway! 😁
Me too and I’ve got blonde hair and gray eyes.
After the hung jury in the SA trial with Judge Stevens last week, I fear this guy may be able to convince a jury. That would not only give sovereign citizens motivation but it would also be damaging to the courts. I hope the prosecutor doesn't take this case lightly. We need a decisive guilty verdict and the maximum sentence to deter the clown world
He was intoxicated AND had his family on the boat. Smh

How would they have known that in the first place unless they contacted you?
He filed motions he himself does not understand, wtf 🤯🤯🤯

Watching Sovereign Citizens facing consequences for their own behavior is so beautiful. For so long they were pushing the boundaries at the expense of their victims/public. Thank you Judges for having the patience when dealing with these morons. 😊✌️
When these SovCits hear "Jury of their peers" They instantly imagine a jury of SovCits, not a random sampling of law abiding citizens.
Exactly. The judge said something like the jury trial is scheduled that's what you wanted....defendant says he wants a jury of his peers... SMH. There is no such thing as a jury trial that doesn't use peers as defined by law and the court rules, so they are one and the same.
"We're giving you a jury trial" "But am I getting a trial by jury?!" bruh
I’ve seen murder trials happen faster than this. How tf was this guy able to drag out a dui case ? wtf

It’s hilarious I’m getting frustrated and grasping for straws at the end 🤣🤣
This judge knows his stuff. He also has great talent sifting through all the chaff the defendant is throwing at him. Great job!

yeah...my guess is by now they have determined whether or not he is "officially" a tribe member legally so assuming he is...
@OSGCourtWatch either way, I guess he's going to be a source of entertainment for awhile. I can't imagine ever living that way & and I am so grateful my brain doesn't work that way. Smh
if judge agreed, then SovCit would recognize the jurisdiction ??!!??!!!
The inability of anyone (other than the DNR officer) to pronounce Bourgeois was hilarious.
Gotta love the fact that this actually was a case where it was a vessel not a car 🤣
Being part of a tribe should not preclude you from having registration.
Not sure about boating, but driving if you are charged, you get a suspended license until your case is decided, so delay tactics only help the state, by keeping the defendant off the road. Normally, if you go to the dmv for a hardship license, they'll want to know that your case is decided.
He just wants to drag this out with his nonsense motions. Honestly how can you file a motion and not know what it means? He is a massive clown.

We were raised nowhere near a reservation, and while both of my parents were on the rolls, as are all of their children (me included). Until they day each of them died, we were taught of our heritage, along with an admonition that the reservations were an example of failed socialism (thankfully it is not as bad as it was when I was younger, no thanks to the government, but thanks to elders who, as my uncle used to say "the white man is the only animal that can be skinned more than once", building profitable businesses on the reservations), and that the sins of the past do not justify the sins of today, or tomorrow. If my parents had heard one of try to use the nation as a way to escape the consequences of a wrongful deed, they would have "corrected" us immediately (that correction coming by the way of a belt escaping the loops of my fathers pants at 100 mph).
