The first idiot should have been jailed for his line of BS.
In his case, the judges have been trying hard to ignore his sovcit comments and steam roll through. They’re not letting him delay things.

Idris just needs to be chucked in jail. He isn't an attorney and, therefore, cannot be the "executor" of anything. Additionally, one cannot be the "executor" of one's own estate due to the conflict of interest, let alone an "estate" that doesn't even exist yet because HE ISN'T DECEASED!

You can be an executor of an estate, but Probate court has to approve it. In Real Estate, I deal with alot of elderly people who give power of attorney to their kids and they become executors. Obviously a human body is not an estate.

Warrent immediately for Mr. Idress and then charge "the executor" with a crime as he is clearly not a member of the bar and cannot represent another.
I agree with you on Idress needing a warrant for not showing up in court.
However, there is something to be said that the court system has effectively created a monopoly for lawyers in requiring that only lawyers can represent people. If I as a person want the assistance of someone or a person to represent me in a court proceeding, that is my choice, and not the choice of some group that has an economic interest.
It is similar in many ways to having a plumbing issue and asking a friend to help you fix the problem. If I am happy with the assistance of my friend, that is good enough. If the fix doesn't work, that is on me. If the person I choose to help represent me screws up, that is on me as well and there should be no appeals based on "ineffective assistance of counsel" in that case.
I've seen too many cases for things like code violations where the person wants assistance but cannot afford a lawyer. Even if they have a friend who is fully capable of showing the judge or magistrate a defense, they are not allowed to because of the so legal monopoly.
If people can self represent themselves, they should have the right to pick those who can assist in their defense whether that person is a member of the bar or not.
A nice thought, but that would effectively grant judicial recognition and validation to the 'separation of personae' nonsense. Contempt of court would cover the matter nicely without that side effect.

That judge is so weak. For her to decline the warrant for him not appearing is playing right into his hands. How much of the courts time and taxpayers money will this guy be allowed and enabled to waste? She let him disrespect the court, let him talk all over her and others, and he'll just keep doing what he's been doing.
It really is a huge waste to have a jury trial for something like a traffic ticket. Don't worry, eventually that sovtard will end up in jail.

As much as we all want to see idiots like that behind bars, this wasn't really a time to do that. It was just a simple notice of a future court date. Now if he tries to pull that nonsense at a pre-trial I say go for it.

She is one of the weaker judges which OSG watches. She gives very light sentences as well. I dislike her, and her voice!

I love the judges who, when these SovCits pull this, "I am not me, I am here representing me, blah blah", say, "OK, well, the defendant failed to appear, i am issuing a bench warrant". All of a sudden, the defendant shows up, and oddly enough looks just like his "representative".

That's what it's like on the West Side (of the Cascades). Most of the state is rural agricultural and quite conservative.
The last time I was in Shitattle I saw some creature drop trou and roll some logs just off the sidewalk. It was unfathomable and disgusting. I'll never go to that shithole again.
@@Wheeler63 Most of the state is not "quite conservative". It doesn't matter over how much empty land you preside but how many people you represent. It is fact that eastern Washington has a hard time keeping its population up and is also heavily subsidized. Ironically, if not for all the legal and illegal immigrants east of the Cascades, there would be no agriculture either.
That court case you are looking at isn't from Seattle but from Thurston County which isn't exactly a liberal bastion.
Seattle for sure has its work cut out due to brain dead city councils of the past. But lately things have started to go in a better direction.
Now, it would be nice if conservatives would put up some electable candidates. Instead, they gave the state the Bird. You can't make it up if you tried.
I actually think that the judges are quite smart handling this particular case. The offense is minor so it would be an absolute waste of resources to book the guy for it. His sovereigns insanity isn't remotely matching the offense he is accused of.

Mr. Idris and his Executor never fail to entertain. That said, I’m concerned that he is still potentially loose on our roads driving a commercial vehicle illegally, if I remember the original issue correctly.

I mean yeah but these sovcits ultimately still get what they want - they delay the courts for ages and then never really get any punishment. They never learn that they've been the victims of a grift and they don't get punished. So yeah it's a battle of wits with an unarmed person, but he still wins in the end.

The second one that I titled " Yes, I give a dump". The defendant wanted to know if the local Parks Dept could install toilet paper dispensers at the end of each park bench. I saw this woman in a court zoon a year or so ago and all she did, I mean ALL she did was hurl "F" bombs at the judge.
It doesn’t matter your nationality you claim to be because now you are in America so you need to abide by our laws.

The second case here goes to show how unfortunate the state of mental health treatment is in most places in the U.S. Jails and prisons house and provide the vast majority of people in need of mental treatment. There aren’t any good answers without a total revamping of the criminal justice system, a total revamping and enormous increase of public funding for mental health treatment facilities and the system in general, and so many other things. It seems like a problem that is probably as big, if not bigger, than the addictive drug pandemic. Bless the people who at least attempt to do good in those areas.
Idris may not currently be a ward of the state, but I can see where that may be subject to change in the near future...
