How did I miss this tutorial of yours? That HDC slip stitch is going to be difficult for me to do but if I want my stitches to be pretty, I will do it. I guess I know what I will be making as gifts this coming Winter season. So glad I found this tutorial of yours. I have soooo much yarn and this pattern will be a great stash busting project for me. Very nice beanie tutorial Tiffani! These look like they will work up quick for gifts. I love the brushed yarn and the new Susan Bates hooks. They work great with this yarn. I’m currently making head band warmers with the Clay color. I think they will make great travel hooks too. TY!

Love my hat! But it’s a bit big? Can I chain 40 or 35 stitches instead?

I’ve watched this video multiple time. She actually goes in the first loop from hook, not the second one from hook. So which one should I actually go into?
Are you talking about on the foundation chain? That's the 2nd one. The first one is the one on your hook.
I wish there was written directions like row one then row two I just can’t seem to get it. I’ve tried writing it down but mine still isn’t coming out
