Coming across your review just as I saw the original Mad Max for the very first time today! Looking forward to finally seeing Furiosa. If I can stream it to check it out first, that'd be great, otherwise I will wait for a sale on the 1080p or possibly 4K Blu-ray. Thanks for your impressions.
You got me wanting to hear your theater play it. I have an anthem 1140 with bass shakers and pb 4000’s. Want to the disc bad. Can’t wait

I stop going to the my imax theater here in orlando for 10years now..the and when i do i go weekdays 11pm midnight showing people are not respecting the mood,whether its cell phone or talking load,it's the main reason i spend alot in my hometheater and i think most do the same,but one thing i do not do and thats streaming...great video

I personally like that you sometimes review Apple streams & hope you continue. I know that theres a quality difference, but feel like its not as big as many would make it seem...at least not on my 5.2.4 system. That said....i still buy my favorites on disc.
Stream can never be as good as the full rip I would never stream any movie
The idea that most people have is what they read. I decided to find out for MYSELF. I have found that streaming on iTunes to very very close to the physical disc and my Kaleidescape system. I do have high end equipment (JVC NZ8/MadVR/Trinnov) so this could be the difference.
I really liked fury road, this one I found boring expected more action, the tempo was too slow, Chris Hemsworth was miscast for his role, I was kind of glad when the end credits began to role.
Was not attracted to see it.
