New subscriber, first-time commenter! Great video! You definitely help us understand how good these Subs are just by how much you seem to love them
Got a chance to see David’s work up close in person at mwave. His cabinetry work is stellar. Whoever does grab his subs, they will be very happy
@@FrankieKennethL exactly
Love how much you love these subs : )
Great video. Seems like they are the true “endgame” subs. I’m going to their website to check them out.
Awesome stuff. We had the owner on a podcast last night. I enjoyed what I saw at Mwave... Very cool.
@@psyphonyxaudio I’ve been working way too much. I’ve been missing the podcasts.
@@myhometheater7029 - EasyHTTech ..and HorizonHomeTheater were hosting.
I hear ya .. we all need to find that balance.
...Working a lot is not a bad thing.. I'd never discourage any of that.. but definitely balance is nice. =)
Last night was fun though I didn’t expect to be speaking for so long. But I love learning and I went to a master class on Kaleidescape thanks to you and the panel. So definitely a good night.
@deepseasound7957 ... Always a pleasure when we can come together and all learn something valuable. 🙏👍🏻
Your theater is awesome Chris!
@@Slasher_Films_Fanatic thank you
Great video! We are glad you enjoyed our subs. See you soon.
I figured you’d like these. Have you considered just going the DIY route? Can pair them with a cheaper amp than the Speakerpower ones and you’ll be all set for much less money.
That's sad that you can't keep them but I'm glad you were able to enjoy them
How much is a single one compared to a single jtr
@@johnlira3316 check on their website. The Jtr is only 2700 watts
Rookie reply, the number of watts is not that relevant.@@myhometheater7029
How many circuits and amps are you running to power your entire HT? Great setup 👍
@@tom6363 I’m on 2 different circuits
What is there web site?
@@christisdale9977 in the description is a link
How many DBs can you get from the 2 subs ?
@@Myhomeentertainmentsystem not exactly sure what the max is on these. In my room watching ready player one race scene, I saw my meter hit like 121 or so. Every room is different and my theater is calibrated. The subs are not running hot they are set to blend with my other speakers. I hope I explained that right.
We have CEA 2010 testing results for our Mariana 18S and the aluminum Mariana 18SA. You would add 6 dB to the results for having an extra sub driver (+3 dB) and double the amplifier power (+3 dB). Note that CEA 2010 is out in a wide open field. The Mariana 18S is flat to 9 Hz at Reference in most rooms due to room gain.
Im sorry, these subwoofers might be great or not so great, but this review is amateurish at best.... unless you are just after high SPL or low frequency. There's a lot more to subwoofers than that. Unwatchable review
@@josephtronolone3242 that’s your opinion!
