    I like how this exercise really targets the Rectus Femoris. It both flexes the hip and extends the knee of the front leg.

    It's safe if you do it without low extra weight.
    It's not safe if you do it like me, 65kg zercher barbell pistol squat, but if I can do it like this, i mean, body weight pistol squat isn't really harmful to your body...

    When i come back down to sitting position, I drop without control. Weak glute max,med or deep 6?

      Lack of ankle mobility and stability. When you are deep into your squat, your ankle took over in balancing and stabilising your position.

    La retroversione pelvica raffigurata nel vostro ottimo rendering sarebbe auspicabile, ma purtroppo temo non corrisponda alla realtà. Per ovvi motivi più reale è il modello in carne ed ossa che avete usato alla fine del video, che perde in maniera naturale la curva fisiologica. Comunque complimenti per il vostro lavoro.

    Is the anterior pelvic tilt this model is showing at its the bottom range of motion, a cause for concern?

      Kinda late, but absolutely not, there is no axial loading, so unless you have serious back issues, your back position shouldn't be a problem
