So very sorry you're faced with this debilitating disease, Naima. I'm going into my six month of it, and the depression seemed to hit since I've tried most of the things you have. Did want to mention that I recently started getting therapeutic body massages, taking NAC with Glutathion (6000 mg a day), Nattokinase (8000FUs per day) and Vitamin K2 (100 mcg/day along with Vitamin D, 10,000 units a day). I've done a lot of research on NAC (N-acetylL-cysteine) and there seems to be quite a bit of science backing it up. That's the entirety of supplements I take, no other drugs. I'm a vegan, if that means anything. Unfortunately, I live in the US, so we have to pay an exorbitant price for all medical treatments. I've chosen the homeopathic route to save money and not allow the medical industry use me for a lab rat. That being said, with the recent addition of the massages and the high doses of NAC, I've seen a huge difference. The limb and back pain has subsided very much, I don't have a headache or vertigo for the first time in 6 months. Anything positive is good at this point. I really think it was the massages that made the biggest change. Wanted to share my small success with you, in case you want to try it. Oh, and Serrapeptase made me so, so much sicker. I stopped it almost immediately. Good luck with this horrible disease. Do your research before you listen to me. I've had some success and would like for you to be able to say the same. I've been watching you through torturous journey. Best of luck.
Hi, lovely summary. In addition to the massage, I recomend craniosacral therapy. It is a gentle touch but work deep into the body in holistic way.. And it can help with tightness of the membrane surrounding the brain which for me is always a huge relief. Plus working deep on the nervous system which in my case has been a big thing after last Covid. Beyond my own ability to calm it down in a long run. Good luck and all the best.

Thanks for delivering all these details about long covid. Hi, I don't speak English and I have a question about the subtitles of your video. Are you talking about D Ribose as a supplement that helps you with fatigue and post-exertion discomfort?
Thanks for another super video! I take vitamin D, as advised by my doctor, like you 2. Vitamin B complex, as recommended by friends, which I give a 2.5. 2.5? They are very cheap, so if the marginal improvement is coincidence / placebo effect, fine. I give magnesium supplement a very strong 3. I go for the transdermal "oil" stuff. If I don't slather some on before bed I will wake up for halftime break much sooner than normal, and in way more pain than normal. As it helps brain and muscles it does so much for fatigue. Epsom salt baths are magnesium supplement in strong form, imo. Epsom salt and magnesium oil can be found for a fraction of price of high street chains, where the markup is ouch. Overall a huge difficulty is that supplements are poorly regulated in UK. I find it so ... adjective that we are left guessing and dabbling like this. Meanwhile, I have not yet felt up to trying the yoga nidra, but have doubled down on breath work through a challenging week, so okay! ♡
Ooh very interesting on the magnesium side of things - I didn't realise that it comes in oil and gel form. I will order some to use before bed. I have tested out using it in pill form and did not notice much. I hope your weekend is less challenging than your week has been 💛
@@naimaella I have tried 2 different suppliers each of magnesium oil and Epsom salt on eBay, all fine correct stuff, and like less for a litre than what H&B charge for 200mL. I hope it works as well for you!!!!!!
This is great info thank you for sharing. I have been recovering from covid and I take most, but not all of what you suggest. I believe they have helped I also take a baby aspirin a day for any unknown mini clots. Now that was suggested by my med. professional and anyone should get consult from their own dr before taking. Mostly for Me I work part time right now, and when malaises kicks in I go to bed and rest, try to get a little sun, eat a balanced diet, stay away from processed foods, and eat Whole Foods in natural state. I also drink chamomile tea, along with other teas, I incorporate tymne herb, which is helpful for the lungs, antihistamine daily, try to be mindful of eating anti histamine foods, keep stress low, that includes emotional stress. It all seems to be helping. It's been a slow recovery but since I have learned all of the above I have noticed my recovery is speeding up. Anyways hope my info can help someone out there. Good luck guys
I would strongly suggest trying Ivermectin. It took about 2 weeks of following the protocol, but I am now feeling so much better. I'm still careful a month later. But my bad days now are what my good days felt like before the protocol. I honestly didn't think it would work, but I was desperate and willing to try anything.
Thank you Naima for taking us with your journey thru your long covid. I can only imagine how hard it must have been for you. Glad you're getting better. I am one of your newest subscribers, I am also going thru long covid since I had covid in July of this year. Interestingly I started having all these symptoms in Sept, it has been life altering. I read in one of your videos comments that you had internal vibrations and tremors. Can I pls ask you do you still have those? Or did it go away? How long did it last? Did you take something for it? Glad to hear that you're getting better. Hoping to hear from you.
On the tremors/vibrations, I had those. At the start of my long covid experience (Jan 21) they were almost unbearable, shaking all night and not sleeping. Utterly awful. It eventually calmed down a bit, and then calmed down further when I started taken transdermal oestrogen, which I guess might be useful for women but not men. I still get the tremors in the morning if I have not slept well or if I am very tired or have just done too much (which, at this stage, is not very much). But it is more manageable and not for hours at a time. I hope you see improvements.
Hi welcome 🙂. Thanks it's a slow process, but there's a lot more information out there now thankfully. Yes for me the tremors in my chest went away with time. They're such a frightening symptom and now I only have them very very occasionally (similar to Anna it's when I've overdone it quite a bit). For me I had them every few days for six months to a year and then they slowly phased out as I introduced pacing and slowed my life down.

You must try supplement NAD+, that one is the only vitamin that has helped me better than any other medication or supplement when it comes to regain "feeling normal" during this postcov.
My best guess is that your issues are from 1. Mitochondrial Dysfunction (oxygen not getting to cells along with lipid/metabolic issues as a result.. This also triggers clotting factors like hyper platelet aggregation and micro clots. 2. Autoimmune (GPCR Auto Antibodies) G Protein Couple Receptor Auto Antibodies… MANY of us are dealing with this. BC007 is the only cure for that.
Its true bc 007 i think will help many of us. They have already started study here in Germany 🇩🇪 I hope soon 🔜 they will help us all .am waiting for this because trying to many things gonna hurts us.
Thanks for sharing your insight. I've not come across BC007 - is it being offered anywhere for Long Covid sufferers? Or can you link any trials that are going on?
Black seed oil from Healths Harmony...For long covid im taking Sacred 7 mushroom extract, glutathione topical cream at night, nac, megaviron from microbiome labs, black seed oil, natures craft liver support, sunergetic kidney cleanse, vitamin d ,c ....Also you need to incorporate water fasting (no food), but start small..Fast for 1 day a week for the first month..Then gradually increase as you understand your body...Same with the supplements...Take Dr berg electrolyte powder when water fasting...
@@jessemendoza2991 Since January 2022...You could also try Star Anise tea with Fennel tea together with prunella vulgaris drops...It supposedly blocks the spike proteins from Ace 2 receptors in your body...Tried it but the detox was to intense ,causing me to have anxiety..When you detox to fast you'll feel the anxiety come on strong...Just start the regimen and fasting gradually, go slow or stop if you have to and start again when you feel like you can handle it...Thats the key..

I got paxlovid even though I wasn’t suffering from acute covid. Did this in the states. Not a supplement but it took away my chest pain, light sensitivity and most of my headaches by the second day. Took two courses back to back over 10 days. Hope they start researching antivirals like this soon for all our sakes. Baby aspirin has helped a lot of my joint pain and strangely some of my breathlessness. Im also taking it with Lumbrokinase and nattokinase. Fexofenadine plus famotidine seems to really help but I take them an hour apart. Notice this helps my aches and my post covid reflux. Supplement wise, I find probiotics, prebiotic inulin, acerola powder in waterfor vit C, flax+chia+hemp powder in smoothies really helps my digestion. I take vit d3 and b12 as well as turmeric with piperine and Ginger. Fish oil I take as well. Beano really helps control gas and bloating I find. Melatonin and magnesium taurate at night for sleep and chest pain. The magnesium really helped my pain I noticed. If I miss it it seems to come back. Medication wise, I’m looking forward to starting low dose naltrexone and Mestinon soon. They both seem to have recent studies supporting their use in me/cfs, long covid and pots.
I’m only on month 4 of this experience and main problems are POTS, severe PEM and shortness of breath. Still have some sensory issues but milder since the paxlovid I took. Pretty disabled and limited to the bed 95 percent of the day.
Thanks for providing so much detailed information - this is really useful! Interesting you used Paxlovid and magnesium taurate for chest pain - nothing has managed to get rid of mine despite being on beta blockers and colchicine… Yes there have been some really interesting studies on LDN and mestinan recently - I hope they help you. We have quite similar symptoms! Month four was really tough for me, but things started to improve at the 6 month mark (even if I couldn't tell at the time). Hang in there and find ways to calm your nervous system - Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation. Looking back it took me so long to get out of fight or flight and allow my body to heal, but since doing that I'm more comfortable and have to hope my recovery will speed up. I hope you start to see some improvements soon 😊.
@@naimaella sorry to hear about your ongoing chest pain. it really is one of the most uncomfortable/unpleasant pains I’ve experienced ever. My “laying down” chest pain is gone but I still get a chest pain if I’m upright for too long (it fades after laying down with my feet up). Not sure of the exact cause but I read about there being “preload failure” in me/cfs and pots, which sounds like the heart doesn’t get enough blood being returned to it when upright or during exertion, resulting in some of the symptoms of exercise and orthostatic intolerance. This is at least what Systrom argues in his study on me/cfs and Mestinon. This may just me psyching myself out before starting a medication in hopes of having a good experience. I’ll keep you posted on how my Mestinon experience goes! I have a friend (in her 30s and previously healthy) who was prescribed colchicine after being diagnosed with gout and myocarditis post covid. It sounds like it helps her but she still struggles with on and off chest pain. She recovered from the myocarditis but the gout issue still lingers. Paxlovid is strangely very easily available in the US now. I used a robo doc online service and just said I had an acute infection and was high risk and got it prescribed (this was not the case but being in LC hell I was willing to lie). This is perhaps the only perk to the Wild West American healthcare system (being able to take advantage of the lack of regulation and organization here). I wonder how many of us have viral persistence because it was amazing how rapidly I felt better despite being 3 months out from “recovering” from my acute infection and extremely unwell in the weeks prior. I went from entirely dependent on others for almost everything to being able to make simple meals for myself and shower every night. I really hope they get some trials underway on this. I’ll be going to a naturopath here which is more money than I want to spend but from other long haulers here I’ve heard they can be helpful in guiding people towards effective supplements, healing modalities and in some states (like California) can prescribe medications. There’s definitely some quackery to sift through but some are more evidence based while still being holistic. The nervous system calming work is super important. I totally agree! So far I’ve really found relief in Yoga Nidra and taking a hot shower (laying on the tub floor due to POTS) followed by 30 seconds of cold water (all I can handle for now). I tried wim hof but it felt too intense/tiring so had to give it a break. I’ve really found relief in breath work when having to be on the move (going up the stairs when coming back from an appointment). I’d like to try Susy Bolt yoga soon but will need to start out on a very low level given how vulnerable I am to crashes right now.
Today's a good symptom day actually. But as you know there are many ups and downs. I'd say I'm probably at 30-40% at the moment, but noticing improvements month to month for sure. Able to work a bit more, but still quite limited in terms of mobility.

Thanks for delivering all these details about long covid. I have been straggling with long covid for about 2 years now and I have not started any medication yet because I did not know where to start, with a lot of physical exercise and right diet , Most of my physical activities come back normal. however , my brain fog and memory decline is still very bad, any suggestions for neurological symptoms of long covid.
Glad you've been able to improve a lot of your physical symptoms. I'm sorry about the cognitive issues, but it's not something I can help with as haven't experienced many. If someone sees this comment and has had brain fog/ memory issues, please help Ahmed out with things that have helped you 😊

Hi, I don't speak English and I have a question about the subtitles of your video. Are you talking about D Ribose as a supplement that helps you with fatigue and post-exertion discomfort?
Yes D-ribose - I usually buy it online on amazon. For fatigue - commonly used for ME/CFS and athletes who need to recharge
@@naimaella If magnesium in the pills is magnesium oxide, then the adsorption in the body is poor. Most other Mg are better.
Liquid or tablets ?
for brain try Brahmi and ashwaganda and try coffea cruda for sleep homeopathy
@@Anna-if8tc Thank you for your comment. Glad you're better.
@@naimaella Thank you Naima for your reply.
How would you describe the chest tremors? as a throbbing of the chest/abdomen? I believe I have this

Which probiotic are you taking
You must try supplement NAD+, that one is the only vitamin that has helped me better than any other medication or supplement when it comes to regain "feeling normal" during this postcov.
Thanks for the suggestion - do you have a particular brand that you recommend?
@@naimaella Since I am in Scandinavia you guys dont have this brand where u are. But as long as it is clean NAD+.
Thanks for the potential lead. Here's a couple for you. Methylene blue and PQQ.
Intravenous ozone and PEMF will work alot better.
Black seed oil
Tried it worked pretty 👍...Fatigue was lesser..Workout endurance increased also..
@@dang2954 which brand? Oil or the supplement?
Black seed oil from Healths Harmony...For long covid im taking Sacred 7 mushroom extract, glutathione topical cream at night, nac, megaviron from microbiome labs, black seed oil, natures craft liver support, sunergetic kidney cleanse, vitamin d ,c ....Also you need to incorporate water fasting (no food), but start small..Fast for 1 day a week for the first month..Then gradually increase as you understand your body...Same with the supplements...Take Dr berg electrolyte powder when water fasting...
@@dang2954 How long have you had long covid for? Thanks for the info.
The chest pain, is it located on the right side of sternum?, I still have issues with that.
Ah it's such a pain! For me it's right in the centre - maybe slightly right, but not noticeably.
Really helpful info
Thanks Dom 🙂
Nothing helped me so much and faster than creatine
What probiotic did you use
Coq10 really helps and magnesium
B12 injections- nothing 0/3
Wow magnesium seems to be helping a lot of people. Not come across Coq10 I'll look into it...
You take Cocuima? Or what is it? With ginger and black pepper... Thank you so much :)
Curcuma, which is found in turmeric 😊

NAC gives me severe chest tightness
Probiotics is helping me recover
Make sure it has Bifidobacteria
Taking them separately, one at a time might not be that helpful, as they work differently together. Some work synergistically, some compete for absorption.
I'm on the same path !...

@AnaloguedialogYou may try a local veterinarian for ivermectin. It is a wormer normally used for animals. Hope this helps.
How is ur pots now
I'd say it is managed, but not "cured" with medication, compression clothing and staying hydrated. What about you?

@@prathamrballal1229No I'm speaking to people who are back to work, back to exercising and living a normal life without worrying about pots or LC. My HR used to be 120-160 bpm regularly and now it rarely goes beyond 120 bpm. I think that's an improvement
I appreciate your videos so much! Really helpful to hear the experiences of others in this recovery process
Thanks for providing so much detailed information - this is really useful!
Interesting you used Paxlovid and magnesium taurate for chest pain - nothing has managed to get rid of mine despite being on beta blockers and colchicine…
Yes there have been some really interesting studies on LDN and mestinan recently - I hope they help you.
@@naimaella sorry for the information dump. Wishing you well on your long covid healing journey!

How are you today? How close you get to 100%? I still got long COVID. Tremor and some organ sick. 😂
Today's a good symptom day actually. But as you know there are many ups and downs. I'd say I'm probably at 30-40% at the moment, but noticing improvements month to month for sure. Able to work a bit more, but still quite limited in terms of mobility.
I lost a lot after COVID. I lost businesses, health, and I got divorced. What can I do now?
Don't need a dissertation; rather real information or why post?
