This week we get some essential upgrades to our camper van conversion "Morgan" and Janine starts the celebrations in the run up to her birthday #vanlifeuk #cotswolds

We ate afternoon tea at Burleigh Court Hotel in Stroud. And the campsite we stayed at in the Cotswolds was Hayles Fruit Farm near Winchcombe

We couldnt recommend the Electronics enough, and were supplied by Ecotree Lithium ecotreelithium... We will give a full honest review in the coming weeks, in exchange for the product being gifted on a PR Sample Basis
The new hatch on the roof of the campervan is a SkyMaxx, bit of a game changer for us, and comes in two sizes, compatible with roof thicknesses 23-60mm. Here is a link with locations to find one yourself leisurevehicle... We got this as a PR sample, and are really impressed so far
The lighting on top of the van is supplied by AuxBeam and we love them, including that light-bar that is all operated by a switch panel and bluetooth. Here is a link auxbeam.com/
Our extremely comfortable duvet & pillows came from our friends at Duvet Hog, which are vegan and made of recycled materials. We have used them in our previous van and honestly is the comfirst bedding we hage ever bought. PR Sample duvethog.co.uk...
Our mattress came from a company that do awesome made-to-fit mattresses for campervans (and houses). The company is called Custom Size Beds customsizebeds...
The Woodburner is from Outbacker Stoves
The Fridge is a 130l Webasto, and is really good so far, once again will let you know more in coming weeks
Both the cooker and the oven are from Jackson Leisure, and are Thetford branded

18 years ago yesterday I celebrated my 40th at Burleigh Court, but with a twist. On the day my girlfriend and I announced to our friends and family that we were getting married, and that today was the day. The hotel had converted the restaurant in to the wedding venue and we tied the knot. Then went out to the gardens whilst the hotel staff reinstated the restaurant so that we could have the reception. Your video brought it all back. We live just down the hill from the hotel. Enjoy your celebrations! David & Jacqui x

Hi Liam and Janine. I'm an ex-pat Londoner living in Sydney, Australia, and I discovered your channel by accident this morning. I've been binge-watching all day (retired last year - brain still sharp; body not so much). I think you two are amazing - you seem to have grabbed life by the throat and are living it with knobs on. I love the humour, the can-do attitude - plus the fact you are both great story-tellers and nice to everyone you meet. Although I have lived in Sydney for over 30 years, I am still a proud Brit and I am pretty pi**ed off on your behalf that so many of our country's beauty spots won't allow camper vans to park up overnight. My feeling is that since COVID all these English towns/counties need visitors and their money more than ever and closing off car parks and the like because of (the allegedly) bad behaviour by a small minority is IMHO petty and short-sighted. Anyway, rant over. Keep doing what you're doing - I just subscribed so I hope I'll be able to keep following your adventures.

Love the step but might be an idea to connect to the interior light via relay so when you open the door the step automatically comes out and more importantly automatically retracts when the door is closed. No risk whatsoever to pedestrians of accidentally driving off with the step out like a guillotine ! Love sharing your inspirational adventures Clive and Angela

Great surprise for Janine, Liam. You are such a good husband. My son has PTSD he did have a therapist by the NHS but she started crying when she heard my sons story, so my son got another one and he listened and after a few words said sorry we can't help you. I can't mention on here what happened with him but it was really bad. Not quite as bad as what happened to you Liam but still bad. Xx Happy 40th birthday Janine hope it's a great one. Liam that was a good surprise to spring upon Janine no wonder Liam is loved by Janine. It is good both of you have each other to support each other. Yes even I have struggled with mental health issues since the start of the pandemic. Now I am seeing my real life friends more it's not much of a issue now. Also being up in my allotment takes away the stress of life. Awesome & yummy food. Love 🥰 the vlog & love 💞❤ Janine & Liam.

We bought something similar at the camping and caravan show years ago and hubby fitted it to our tow vehicle a Land Rover discovery and IT DID WORK!

It’s a common myth and a bit of a con and proven.. fuel magnets don’t work 😔.. the best thing you can have done is a remap done.
