Love this model, it’s still one of my favorites. It’s got everything washer/dryer space, space for a little dining table or desk, space for a nice fridge, a cute staircase, a spot for a tv, a cute kitchen…just perfect. 💞
I really like the outside materials!!! I would like my house to be 9x24, no loft! I really like the windows and the way you installed the electrical outlets!!! My favorite so far.
Metal, while conductive, does not attract lightning, otherwise cars would be struck all the time... You just don't want to be the tallest object around during a storm, as the lighting is basically completing a circuit between the sky and the ground, which is why skyscrapers are struck regularly because of how tall they are that they provide the shortest connection to complete that circuit... While a metal framed structure acts like a Faraday Cage, which means you're pretty safe inside, but of course if you're in an area that gets intense and repeated strikes then you may need to take additional precautions and worry about things like power surges coming through power lines, etc. However, the Faraday Cage effect will also effect WiFi and make signals difficult to get in and out of the structure. Not being a perfect cage, will still let some signal through but it can be noticeably weaker. Much like trying to get wifi from inside a vehicle... Wifi on the inside would be less effected as it would not be going through any medium that would be blocking it, unless your interior wall dividers are also metal or dense enough material to block or interfere with the signal. While you can have through wall antenna to get around that issue, much like they do with RV's and Vehicles that do provide wifi and other radio signal devices.

Standing room only in the middle. I love all the new ideas and deals you are coming up with. Being flexible for you,?sellers and potential buyers is key. I so want to be park of your community! You guys are pumping out some very nice homes! Could a slimline bathroom sink fit in that alcove? It would be great to sneak one in there along with a small mirror/medicine cabinet. Plumbing is already there.
This home is pleasingly beautiful and roomy. The outside has a lovely warm and efficient look and the stucco is perfect! This is my favorite ESP home so far (I think anyway...so many models, the mind forgets...LO.!). Thank you for the showing and detailed explanations!

I love that esp home. I just wish I knew if they would work good up on the Northern Minnesota. We have had trouble with our storm doors , regular doors and windows getting frost build up and start leaking so it makes me a little scared of getting one. The stucco though should help with that problem wouldn't it for it would prevent moisture to get inside the esp homes. I love everything about that home the colors of the house the roof and trim. The size and style of the home is just perfect.
The door on the side of your esp home feels like a much better placement to me. And the full view glass is a big bonus. Nice home. 😊👍🏼 edit: Great size 10x24 is perfect. Though I am more a fan of pocket doors (understand it can't be done on that type construction) I really like the touches on the barn door. I am wondering if that type of home is like a faraday cage, the foil hat isn't working out so well these days.

I like this one even better! The wood colour, lay out, stairs to loft etc I would Ike an electric stove and oven as I like to bake. Also storage in the stairs would be great. A stackable washer and dryer is a must have for me, but not the kitchen. BTW, I love Ace! He stole the show! He just wants to play!

Absolutely gorgeous home, probably the biggest living room I've ever seen in a tiny home like this. Another thing that I like by your company is the stairs to go to The loft no one else does it that I've seen. I definitely could live in this and the price is very manageable.
Nice house! I wish there was a way to get steps to where the top one wasn't so tall. I don't think my dog could make it up the top step. Nice house though, I like how big the living room area is.

I think paying ahead is a good idea, but only do it now with your current bank, or credit union, just pay yourself!
