I absolutely love seeing other people's home's decorated. And especially even more when they give glory to the LORD our Master Carpenter and Creator! PSALM 127. It's so encouraging when other believer's are not ashamed of the One who saves us from our sins. 🙏

Not much I can say without rambling a lot but I am totally blown away! That's a very lovely home.
I like how Carmen has separate spaces inside and outside, as she said "compartmentalized" it all has its own unique intimacy and coziness within the vast openness of the prairie. I really dig the exterior colors as well, the deck and terrazzo area with the tree and plantings is right up my alley. You gotta love the two well behaved kitties, so pretty and sweet. ❤🐈

I want Carmen for my interior decorator, and organizer. Well use of space, storage, and shelves. All the decorations, and accessories add a very nice contrast to the wood walls, and I especially love the mural most of all! To giving people the chance to thrive, and to simply…enjoy life. ITH has really gone above and beyond being a tiny home builder. I have loved watching this dream manifest into reality. I was NOT expecting to see that mural! That is amazing. It is so subtle yet takes up an entire wall. The whole place is so adorable. Who wouldn't want to be their neighbors? I think it is hilarious that the community gives Ace treats, Amanda gets alcohol, and Randy gets sparkling water LOL. Y'all won't ever need to buy groceries. I would need a ramp like that for my wheelchair. Just adorable.
Yes, it's so helpful to see it installed like that - even if you don't have a wheelchair, a ramp is better for someone with a walker, or even just a cane. So important for the retired folks who are arriving to enjoy the rest of their lives in comfort.

Love both of their tiny homes. You should hire Carmen as a design assistant. Their bigger tiny with the two bathroom is awesome. This tiny is pretty too and it’s so great she is planning for her mother and when they need one level of living.
Love the wall with the trees, and their room is so nice, she has her office, roomy kitchen, bathroom and even laundry area. That is a unique house. Love how there is a variety of different little houses on these properties and the community of people, from all over the country.

What a terrific couple and love the things they have added to the house, especially the divider idea for the toilet area. Oh, Has ITH thought about having a Tool shed library? That way your residents can sign out a tool when needed and put back when done. Thank you for sharing.
I think that has been mentioned by other folks, and it's really a great idea. Tools, gardening equipment, so many things you shouldn't have to store in every single home to use four times a year.
Absolutely adorable couple with great hospitality...don't see that often anymore! That wall she painted/scratched is amazing! Tiny living so you have time to live big! People are really embracing the liberating feeling of low maintenance living! 🥰 It has inspired us to do the same...we have land so far and plan to build with hyperadobe.
