The Eusebe family takes us on a tour of their gorgeous Tiny House. They decided to downsize for several reasons, including the ability to travel while working remotely and reducing their overall expenses. So, although this is one of the more expensive Tiny Homes we've featured ($120,000 purchase price), it's still saving this family money in their utilities and monthly mortgage payments. Not too bad for a family of four!

One of the best presentations ever! This delightful couple have obviously thought through all their family's concerns and addressed each one including how they talk about living in "TJ".
I was particularly taken by how they both described their house, storage, and family flow, without needing to open cabinets and step storage to show all their stuff. Felt like they respected their and the children's privacy. Kudos to them and the crew!

Beautiful home, great use of space. The bathroom is well thought out, with a nook for the stackable washer and dryer. A must for a family with kids. Your closet is perfect with a dual purpose, clothes and place for personal study 📚 😊. Overall it looks like your family has found a way to put what’s most important first. Wish you all the best 💓

A beautiful home. A well-thought-out floor plan. I really like the size of the bathroom with the laundry. One of the best layouts I've seen. The entire family was lovely but I think the daughter will have you all on your toes for years to come. She is a cutie.

Glad to see a world map on the kid's school wall, because so many Americans have no idea where countries are or what their names are. So - geography. Go to it kids. The home looks very organised and comfortable, with enough space for each person.

What a smart, efficient, beautiful family! As a retired Respiratory Therapist, I would have loved to have her being one of our traveling nurses to work with. A very interesting lady, and she has a super husband! Not to forget the great kids they are raising! A great addition to our future! Love their home too! Perfect layout and decor!

@@evalinawarne1337 I have the Westinghouse Dual fuel 10000 generator. Does a great job! I'm SW Michigan and got it at Family Farm and Home. Was without electricity for an extended period of time and it kept my house and small farm going.

What a great family! They all seem to have a good sense of humour, as well as being smart and cool! And mom is an island girl, like me! (Hello old neighbour, I grew up in Jamaica!) Love this family and the home that they have created. Love that the children helped with the tour. Can definitely tell that they are proud of their different loft rooms. Might want to add privacy curtains at the end of their beds as they get older. Awesome master bedroom and how you customized the closet and other areas to better suit your needs and heights. I really couldn't find anything that I didn't like about this beautiful home. If they ever want to go off grid they could switch the toilet out for one that incinerates the waste and you are left with a small amount of ashes to throw out or use in a garden bed. Depending on where they park their home they could use a pop-up gazebo that has optional bug screens as well as curtains that can be closed to keep out bad weather while also providing privacy if needed. I got one that you can add lights to the underside of the roof. If you use LED lights you can customize the color and the brightness or dim them as needed. It would allow you to have your homeschool classes outside when the weather is nice or you need a change of scenery. I was an elementary school teacher and sometimes we need a break from the classroom. I was really impressed with your homeschool loft room and could tell that you had put a lot of thought into the space and how to organize it to better facilitate your needs for the different lessons and your children's needs. Do the children have the opportunity to spend time with other children their age? I know how challenging it can be to teach your own children because I have heard lots of stories from parents who homeschool their children because their children can act completely differently in a formal school setting than they do at home.
