It makes it easier if you section your hair out in four to six sections and just clip up whatever section you’re not putting product into. Don’t be afraid to use a spray bottle ;)
I still remember when this channel only had 33k subscribers. Who is that woman with the pretty eyes and shiny hair, I remember saying. Ah times have changed. Your making moves now. Congrats on almost hitting 250k!
Literally discovered your channel like an hour ago, and here I am, sitting on my bedroom's floor in front of the mirror following your videos and styling my hair! Greetings from Costa Rica
I will never understand how curly hair can look like there's not so much hair when it's wet, and then boom, look at that volume, you say you don't have very thick hair, but mine looks like two times smaller, I LOVE your hair 😄 also, do you have some tips for growing your hair? I need to grow my leyers since I don't have that much hair like I used to, so that it doesn't look so skinny at the bottom
the first thing you need to understand is that the hair growth has a cycle and there is no ¨magic¨ product that is going to make your hair grow. But, what can you really do is change your bad habits for healthy ones. Here is some: cut your ends everytime you see them dead, wash your hair two times a week or more and alternate between protein and moisturizing products
Massage your scalp, no high tight ponytail, apply castor oil to your roots, drink 8 glasses of water, don't tie it up when wet, sleep with it loose, wash it 1-2 times a week (try not to go over 2 unless you're really sweaty) Anything hormonal also messes with it. Like BC for instance
@@kathiacristina510 I cut it few weeks ago, but the problem with protein, I think I have low porosity hair, which doesn't need much protein, and it looks healthy for the most part, but it falls too much, and the top of my hair, specifically the crown area, it doesn't want to curl, it's frizzy and dry, and I have less hair on that part, and I can't fix it, but on the bottom, I have tight curls, and my bangs are good too, and the hair is shiny. I just ordered a shea moisture mask, I never thought I will be able to, I live in Croatia which doesn't have many curly products. Anyway, I want to try protein mask too, but when I did the diy one, it did nothing. Curly hair can be very confusing
I didn't follow this routine exactly, but I just started doing this and oh my, my curls are so happy and bouncy 🥺 I've been using the Shea moisture curl smoothie, bumble and bumble curl mousse, curlsmith hair gel and monoi oils. works well on my hair 🤍
I just bought the brush after watching your other videos. Styled my hair last night and my god, the volume I see I've never seen before! And this is when I air dried. Can't wait to diffuse it and see the magic!! Thank you, queen! You're amazing. ❤️🤩
Love the way u and your friend joke around. It's nice to see RUclipsrs NOT taking themselves too seriously. Great vids too. Thanks also for showing the technique with just the two styling products. Simple is beautiful and so r u!
This method worked so well for me!! I have tried numerous ways to get my hair at its curliest and this is by far the best technique. Thank you for this video! 🥰
My hair doesn’t hold water well like yours does. Right out the shower, the hair at my crown, hairline, as well as by the nape of neck are already frizzy and dry! I wonder how I can fix this.
Don’t give up guys, not every technique will work for everyone. If one way doesn’t work for yours then move onto another. I just started reusing my brush because when I first bought it I thought it was a gimmick and couldn’t get it to work properly for me, at least in a way that I thought looked better than just my natural/diffused curls, and then I started trying it a different way because of tiktok and boom! I got massive volume with minimal frizz for the first time in YEARS
omg I just tried this out and it worked SO WELL with my hair!! I jumped around in excitement when i saw it. I used different products, but the process was the same and diffusing is KEY thank you so much!!
i love this video ! was wondering if you could please make a video on how to make the curls from ur crown curlier or at least more uniform with the rest of your hair because i have trouble with that :(
I am glad I watched this! I tried brush styling for the first time today and think I was trying to be way too exact, trying to form ringlets all around. So just brush outwards, curve the end then shake. Easier than what I was doing. Gonna try again for tomorrow's refresh.
Luv you so much !!! I have very frizzy hair without products!!! I have tried all the products you have suggested & they have worked !!! Thank you sooo much, I was lost until I found you ❤️❤️❤️
Hii! I love ur videos so much! I feel like they help me a lot!! I was wondering if you could do a video using Shea moisture coconut and hibiscus line since i am trying these products right now and i kinda needed some help with how to properly use them! Thank u !
I know I'm late posting this, but oh well. I watch a lot of these curly hair routines. I've had a denman brush for a while now. I watched another youtuber use it, she gets great results. I tried her way and thought: Ain't nobody got time for that..lol. I watched your videos on styling and thought, hmm. She makes it look a bit easier. So, I've been using your technique and have had really great results. Consistent results, which is fabulous. I am very minimal in product use: curl cream and gel. Maybe a spritz of spray gel later on after drying. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Jayme I absolutely love your videos I recently started my curly hair journey and your content is so informative and helpful. I've seen u use a bunch of different products in all your videos and I was wondering if you could put up a list somewhere of all the products that you're currently using. 💕
girl I think I have a curly hair type, normally I have kinda frizzy hair and it’s been heat damaged a lot but I have trichotillomania and my new hair is growing back curly so I don’t know what to do. Love you!
Maybeeee you need some layers? The weight of long hair can stretch out the curls from the roots, a couple of months ago I cut some framing pieces around my face and they bounced back hehe, so I think I need layers because the rest of my hair is all the same length
@pasteluu i actually just got layers today and i usually use shea moisture for my hair but i don’t really know if it’s considered a “heavy” product. (sorry if that sounds dumb)
I only recently discovered like a year ago that I had curls similar to yours and that my hair wasnt just wavy. Since like 2018 up to the beginning of 2020 I literally straightened my hair every single day and my hair was WET sometimes so I genuinely did mess it up completely. I am now trying to revive my curls and get their normal pattern back. It’s slowly improving after all the damage and wrong routines I’ve put it through
found your channel like half an hour ago because i got a denman brush for christmas, i followed this tutorial and i might cry my hair is so bouncy and soft sfbvosgfosljbvljsbv love from the States!
Omg, congratulations on Hamilton!!! Love this video too, I've been waiting for a Felicia Leatherwood brush but they haven't been on sale for about a year now....about to buy a Denman brush instead
Your hair is beautiful! I love it. I jus brought the Denman brush today along with a diffuser, styling cream and gel. I will play with everything in the morning. Thanks for sharing this video.
Love this hair routine!!! Wondering if you could do a video on diffusers and blowdryers. Also, where is your necklace from??? I love it. Sending Blessings and Love!!!
Thanks from France :) I must say I'm disappointed with the way my hair looks while using a Denman brush, your video makes me think I might be using it on too large sections of hair, I'll try smaller sections tomorrow on my wash day :)
GIRLY i need recommended shampoo and conditioner. like just your whole hair routine and exactly what you do and how you do it. BECAUSE, my hair is LONG like almost butt length and curly. the curls are either frizzy or non-existent and there is hardly any volume. I bought a diffuser but it leaves my hair frizzy even after i use products to reduce frizz. I use shea moisture and maui moisture for my hair and then finish with the john frieda frizz ease. Idk if my hair is like this because i am over doing the product or i am just doing a step wrong. I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!. my curls i reckon are around 3C or B. I don't know what to do. It was going well for such a long time. Maybe the weight of my hair affected it.ANYWAYS your help would be MUCH appreciated. THANKYOU BEAUTIFUL! ur hair always looks amazing.
Thank you for your videos! Very beneficial☺️ I am just wondering... Why did you remove the cross from the wall behind you? I am just curious Christian 😁
So are you suppost to apply product everyday only washing it every 3 days or so, but rinsing it out everyday, or do you apply product only the day after you wash it or do you have to wash your hair after having put product in it??
I just have problems brushing it *up* in sections. I always catch the other sections and get a bunch of fall away hairs that frizz and tangle.
Same, sectioning all my hair is...a lot harder than I thought it would be 😂
Lol me too
YES!! I didn’t think anyone else had this problem!
Same here so I just stopped trying because it kept getting stuck

Deep conditioning + leave in conditioner/and or curl cream
hydrating shampoo and/or conditioner
It could be hydral fatigue but I’m not sure
U probably have low porosity hair I think I’ve got that too... try putting leave in and applying warmth?
