Very cool guide. Thank you. I'm going to do one for the niece and nephew and include their college logos.

Nice guide! I'm definitely interested in learning more about using text in Blender (e.g. adding strokes around text) and how to translate color from Blender to a slicer (if that's even possible).

I've absolutely loved doing your tutorials! They have helped me so much. Thank you. I have got stuck though. I've made an object, all good in blender, export it as a stl and upload it to ultimaker and its put a random layer in half way up. Layer is not there in blender, you can see straight down into the shape I made but in ultimaker, this new random layer means you can't see done into it, the layer goes across the whole things. Not sure if I am explaining right. Not sure what to look up to find help either 🤣

If you can’t join them together when using boolen, change the boolean union from exact to fast and it worked for me, cos when i tried exact, the text and part of the objects were missing and disappearing

Nice, have you considered CAD Sketcher?

May I ask what CAD program you are using? There's a lot I want to do and I can't seem to do them on TinkerCAD.

    Hi man.
How do make your stl solid inside? I did my barrel in blener to print it but I cannot do it because my walls are so thin. Do you use any specific add-ons?

Good Lord.... That seems like a lot of steps just to create a name tag. Same could be done in Tinkercad for free. Nonetheless, I do appreciate seeing how things are done in other platforms.
