    I made the bread today with tuna salad for me and my husband. Omg! It’s delicious! We both have lost 50 lbs on keto and we had not found a recipe for bread we liked. But yours is amazing!     OMGosh!! I made your recipe of these almond buns. I added however, because of what I'm eating tonight, 2 tsp of garlic a teaspoon of Dill, a cup of mozzarella cheese. After I baked it, I browned the top with the broil just lightly..... I LOVE THEM!!!

    Type II diabetic here and I have to be Keto if Iam going to live a normal life.
    Your recipes give me hope for a normal life.
    I used your recipes for pancakes and peanut butter cookies, amazing.
    I just ordered my molds for the buns a few minutes ago.

    I use this recipe only! I, however didn’t have a hand mixer so mixed by literal hand lol! I did get a hand mixer yesterday so will definitely use that method so the batter is smoother. I like to add to the batter a tbsp of ground flax seed and then sprinkle some Everything bagel seasoning on top. They’re my favorite! If I want a breakfast or sweet version, I add cinnamon and sweetener to the batter. Perfect little pancakes!

    So I seen this video last night and I’ve made keto bread so many times and it never turns out how I want it, it’s either too eggy or it just breaks apart so I’ve just tried your recipe today but I didn’t have the mould so I did what you said just put it in a square tin and cut it up and ohhhh my god it turned out amazing, not eggy at all and it holds up, I’m so happy with this recipe thank you so much! I can eat sandwich’s again ☺️🤩

      You can also use a muffin top pan. That’s what I use for a lot of baked goods...cookies...biscuits...breads, etc. 💕

    I just made these. They are good very similar to corn bread. I made mine in a metal muffin top pan sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray. As soon as they come out take a knife around edges to come out easily

    Hi! love your recipes they're easy and simple! I've helped my husband lose 25 lb in a month and a half on keto thanks to your easy recipes it makes it easy to prepare food for him, these buns are particularly a favorite for both of us actually I've been making them like crazy!

    I came across this recipe for the first time last week. I finally got around to making them today. These are fantastic! This is my new goto Keto bread recipe. I've come across some others but I never make them. Other recipes I've found take more time, need less common ingredients or require me to make more dishes dirty. None of those things is horrible, but it's enough that I just don't take the time to do it. THESE, I will make. The recipe uses ingredients I always have on hand, takes no time to make, doesn't require a food processor or other equipment and, best of all, the result is delicious! Today I had my first proper sandwich in a year and a half. It was so good I had a second one - which kind of defeats the purpose but it was so nice to have a sandwich again. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

    This was super easy to make, and very tasty. Used a pan and cut into sections then split into 2 pieces as suggested for a sandwich and it was very enjoyable. Can't wait to try more of your recipes!!

    I used your recipe but I have a gluten-free flour mixture that I do and I used one cup of my gluten-free flour and a half cup corn flour which is PAN flour. I did not use the sweetener but I have corn cakes!! Thank you so much for a good recipe. 16 minutes.

    Omg I’m so impressed! Just made these and they are amazing! I only had one cup of almond flour left so I did less of the other ingredients and they still turned out delicious for my sausage egg and cheese sandwich!     Oh my gosh this is the best thing I could have stumbled on! You’re so amazing! I just want to say thank you for making this video. I’ve been on a strict diet lately that doesn’t allow me to have any bread. Bread substitutions never taste the same and just don’t give me that bread satisfaction.     They are Awesome!!! I just finished making them. I've been trying everyday to get off of sugar and flour. I regained all the 25 lbs I lost and have gain more. The sugar and flour are causing me to have headaches and get fatter. Thank you so much for your channel. These buns are going to be a life saver.

    I just made this bread and it is delicious! I really wanted a turkey sandwich and this bread seriously delivered that! I made it in a 9x13 pan and divided into 8 pieces and then cut those in half to make a sandwich! I am not getting on to buy the silicon rounds you have because this will be made quite a bit now! Thank you!!

    I can’t thank you enough for this magical recipe, years & years I’ve been looking for good keto buns recipe, but no one comes close to your brilliant recipe, I can’t believe how easy it is and how fast, with less ingredients compared to the other keto bread recipes, it taste and has the texture of the regular wheat buns, thank you so much for the recipe, I’ve only made half batch just to try it out, I baked them on jumbo muffins pan, I filled out each cavity around 1/2 inch high, it makes 5 pieces, I let them cool then cut each in half and made my Vegetarian BLT, it’s so delicious, great recipe, it’s a keeper, thanks a lot 🙏🌹🌹

    I just baked these! Super easy and tasty! They remind me of cornbread a bit! I had to add almond milk to the batter to get a looser consistency. Came out perfect!

    This is the first bread recipe that I’ve tried on RUclips that turned out perfect and tastes good. The only downside is, I’m allergic to every flour under the sun and almond is one of them.

    After some ordering mishaps with the whoopie mold sizes, I found the right one! I just made my first batch sprinkled them with Everything Bagel seasoning and made a BLT. WOW! These are the best! To my surprise it doesn’t taste eggy at all! The batter was very dry i made sure I followed the recipe so I added more butter ☺️. Next time I’ll use finer flour, and maybe sub eggs for flax seed. Thanks Mayra! I’ll be trying your 🥦 salad next!

    This is really good, i didnt add any sweetener, maybe next time, I Baked them in my ninja air fryer oven about 10.5 min. Made them in about 15 min.
    They have a cornbread texture. You could do a lot with this recipe! I could add some sweetener, vanilla and chocolate chips, very quick cookies.
    Grate for strawberry shortcakes. Breakfast sandwiches would be yum. Burgers. ❤️❤️. i am happy! Thank You

    i baked this yesterday. since i dont have those mold i used loaf pan just cut it into sandwich size. taste was great not eggy and not so crumbly. your recipe has simple and easy to find ingredients. thanks again for sharing.

    I went to make these....didn't realize I was low on almond flour. I converted to coconut flower,,,,( 1/4 cup of coconut flour plus 2 Tbsp. add one more egg ) They came out great !

    I love this recipe except I cut back on the almond flour about 2 tabelspoons and add 1 tabelspoon of ground pysillium husk and 1/2 teaspoon of Zanthan gum and its perfect .
    I also use a small non stick pan because I don't have silicone anything.

    I made them today, 2 versions. The first one regular, just added unflavored protein powder and nutritional yeast ( I add that in all keto breads for more "bread-like" taste and hitting my protein goal). Turned out great. For the second version I added minced garlic with the butter, Italian herbs and fresh parmesan on baking sheet. Mhmmmm that smell....Sliced it with a pizza cutter and now you have savory garlic bread sticks! Enjoy like that or dip it in your favorite sauce.Yummy....Love your recipes! Keep it up.

    The 1st time I made these they killed! They were so good!! The 2nd time, I can’t tell you where I went wrong but they were disgusting! The bottoms were green, I swear I followed the directions the same, the ingredients aren’t expired or even close. 😭 I’m trying again tomorrow though!!

    I haven’t had much success with baking anything that taste good. I didn’t have whoppie pie mold so used my muffin mold. They taste great! I let cook just a bit longer, will be ordering a whoppie pie mold tonight! Thanks!

    Hey Mayra, I’m watching this video and realized that it’s the same recipe for mug bread. The first time I made mug bread I cooked it in my toaster oven instead of the microwave, I put butter on it and it tasted just like corn bread.

    what brand of almond flour do you use? my recipe came out more dry AND I followed the directions and ingredients . The flavor and end result was still pretty awesome just curious what brand of almond flour you buy. please and thanks

      Try weighing it instead 168g. Everyone loads their measuring cups differently and it might be that you had too much or it was more compacted. This has helped me out because I tend to over pack my nut flours when I scoop them:)

    I just made this for lunch! It was super fast to whip up. It did not look as smooth as yours and it didn't double in size like yours did, (maybe it was my choice of almond flour?), but after baking it was delicious 😋! Thank you for the recipe!

      I used the almond flour from Costco for this recipe! I'm happy it was delicious. I did make sure my eggs were at room temperature before baking them! They weren't super cold, because when it mixes with melted butter thats too hard it can cause clumps.

    I HAVE to try this recipe!!! Did you use super fine almond flour? You can also use a muffin top pan. That’s what I use for a lot of baked goods...cookies...biscuits...breads, etc. I like the muffin top pan because the dough only spreads out so far. 💕

    All ingredients should be room temperature, especially the eggs. 1.5 cups almond flour, 5 tablespoons melted butter, 3 eggs, sweetener to taste, 1 tablespoon baking powder, dask of salt. MIx all together until no clumps remain. Spoon into mold. Bake 350 F for about 12-15 minutes til they look done.
