I thought that I would make your crescent rolls with the stewed meat but when I rolled out the dough I saw meat pies. I just finished having one with my husband...I got an applauds from him. I did learn not to roll the dough out too thin, keep some thickness on the circle. Also that I need to put it back in the freezer for maybe another 15-30 minutes so they keep shape after added to preheated oven

Lol I’ll be making these as an appetizer for Casino night with the friends. Can’t wait to tell them they’re keto, I could only imagine the look on their faces when they find out. Lol 😉

I just made these and now that I know of their taste and consistency I feel like chocolate chips would go well with these. I'm going to work on perfecting it to my liking but its a great recipe and it feels nice to be low carb and eat bread-like things like biscuits and croissants etc. One thing is that I couldn't make them into croissants. It was so hard for me so I made it into these little balls.
This would be good with mozzarella cheese and ham or pepperoni and low carb pizza /tomato sauce dip. Yum! Also, I miss cold cereal in the morning or for a snack. I've tried one type of low carb cereal but it was disgusting and expensive. Thanks 😊
Mmmm...add in a little italian seasoning in the dough, and put in some pepperoni and mixed italian cheeses inside. Dip them in marinara. Or ranch. SO PERFECT!
