Definitely better looking than the Cybertruck
I just took delivery of one of these in Deep Aurora Metallic. I absolutely love the truck. It is so solid. I get over 330kw charging speeds and holds at 174kw over 80%. Drives and handles great. And the creeks you hear from the panels are eliminated when you cover the pins with the rubber sheets. Still get road noise from the tires but come on, it's a Hummer and it is unapologetic. I took this over the CT and traded in my Rivian R1T for it. You have to see it and drive it in person to fully appreciate it. Well worth the money. Plan to keep it for some time so not worried about short term values.
$152,000 & next year it books for $75,000 but carmax will offer you $57,000 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Probably shouldn't be dropping 152 grand on something you will get rid of inside of a year, but it is the way right now.

You need to slide the rubber sleaves over the pins on the panel. Eliminates the creeks.
My choice would be a Hummer, the Cybertruck is ugly and it is not well made
Yes, rigid top or built in cage (similar to wrangler) for rigidity would be a plus.
There’s a TSB for the roof that fixes the creaks with a couple washers.

I concur with you about the electric vehicles. I personally don’t buy into the “new green deal” that the left and the elites are pushing. I don’t believe in it. Way too much money for sure. I was seeing how much that front end was picking up when you accelerated. That’s definitely something GM should work out. Looks kind of dangerous to me.
I know you just did a review of the Ford Super Baja (250 diesel). Are you able to find any 150 Baja’s? I would like to know what the difference or how the diesel compares to the Shelby V8? 😊

Nothing political about this truck or most EV's today but I guess it makes for good water cooler talk or complaining. But, it you take it for what it is, in most cases they are solid capable vehicles and provide a nice alternative for those who want one. Not everything is about politics. Just try to appreciate the technology.

That creaking roof is a non starter for me . They need a hard top version. I just rented a jeep for 2 weeks and the roof panels in that didn’t squeak. Come on GM

And a 30K dollar battery to put in it. Be very careful about used EV. Mileage and year don't tell you the condition of the battery. I would not wait that long. Even Tesla's have depreciated over 50 percent in a few years. Used EV are depreciating at a much faster rate then ICE cars now. Things have really turned for the worst on EV. Many of the new adopters of EV have traded back to ICE. Li-On technology is knackered. And it always has been since the first application of it 25 years ago from Panasonic.

Have a blacked out 2007 H2 with 104k miles that still looks brand new. It’s been babied its entire life! I honestly think 3:01 the old school H2 looks and probably outperforms this EV monstrosity
Much respect to the 07 H2, but the performance in the H EV is something to behold.

Too heavy. 3K lb batteries at a total weight of 9K lbs. Its why Li-on ain't the answer and never will be. EV is so dumb. Never let it drop to below 20 percent and you never top it off more then 80 percent because the time it takes to fill that last 20 percent takes too long. Unless you want to sit at the charging station for another 45 minutes.

ITs a GMC but about the same. But my dealer has one for 103K. And its been sitting there for 4 months. Can't imagine somebody paying 152K for one. This will definitely rot on the lot. Regardless, they got plenty of inventory now for any dumb ass sucker that wants one.

Uhh no. Nice try. To charge this at home at my electrical rate would cost $24. To fill my H2 here in Canada costs about $230.
