Yangwang U7🌝
That Hongqi concept is wild. It makes every Bentley & Rolls look not just boring... but also poor.
Holy grail
Su7
NIO ET7
Now I totally understand why European legacy auto makers are feeling threatened by these Chinese vehicles.
So much quality for the price
The competiton between car makers used to be who can drive this box on wheel better. But electric motor and battery has made driving the box so easy, now the competiton becomes who can furnish this box better, of course the tech companies will have an edge on the traditonal car makers.
Longevity is still a question but the euro cars are getting pretty disposable
cant compete, put restrict 😂
Free trade has become a joke.
i bought a property in china to get the resident permit to be able to buy and own cars in china. china is now car lovers" paradise..
Only if rich
you dont need to buy properties
Rent a house doesn't work?
@@user-fx7ft6hm5z it will but properties are cheap in china
Only ev. No v8 engine. No racing culture.
That is wild. All these cars look great from both outside and inside.
我推荐阿维塔12,这车我觉着体验非常好。
Anyone who makes the statement 'I wouldnt buy anything made in China' is clearly stupid. I just ordered a Polestar 4, made in China, the quality is unreal, blows the German rivals out of the water. Western workforces should be worried!! None of these cars look badly made or cheap, and the majority are not even production models. The only thing to wrap your head around is the weird names.
Quality ?
I would definitely buy one if xiaomi su7 was coming to Australia
same here, in Beijing. Me and my wife are desparately trying to get an offer. Their production lines are too small and too busy.
After they done with domestic demand. Their factory capacity is toped at 150k per year. Way below SAIC and BYD.
我已经购买了,八个月后提车
They will go overseas in 3 years according to their CEO Lei Jun.
So do I, my wife loves it from the first look.
So glad Australia is getting more of these cars. Europe and the US can only look on with envy.
When I watch videos from American car bloggers, I feel quite sorry because most of their topics are Toyota IC cars.
Well we don't have domestic car manufacturing anymore to protect with tariffs, So makes sense that we have free market on vehicles.
反澳洲也没有自己的汽车工业,肯定没必要封锁中国品牌了
I only hope the Aussie politicians will not bend too much under the US pressure to ban these Chinese cars for some National Security reasons. After all, these are all smart evs.
铁矿石换汽车,合理🤝
oh hey welcome to Beijing! Just went to the Auto show yesterday, it was amazing!!! Im sure you have checked out Fangcheng Bao as well, the Bao 5 is amazing, extended range ev SUV for only 40k usd here in China, its the size of a Prado, but super luxury, air suspension, and a quick 5+ sec to 100, really considering getting one.... And the Zeekr 007, for sub 40k you can get a sub 3s car from 0-100km/h, personally im not really into pure evs, but some of these Chinese brands are producing really high quality and high performance rides. oh by the way, The Warrior 917 is military based, one of the specs also has a drone you can deploy to scout the road ahead, crazy tech.
China is now a definitely car lovers heaven, with the most number of models from Chinese and foreign brands, also the best price you can not believe your eyes, plus the car facelift and modifications you can dream of, Unreal Man.
If anyone wondered if EVs are the future, just look at the Chinese market.
电动车不是未来,电动车是现在
you can surly see the booming car industry, CHINESE made car will sweep away the world like the JAPANESE cars before
The different is Chinese car not only cheap and full of new technology.
Crazy and ... scary.
I hope that the classic players are finally waking up. We've seen way too many boring cars lately.
Boring and expensive. Car prices need to come down again
Too late
Well, their ICE/hybrid engines aren't great, and some of these outlandish designs won''t age well.
Still, it's hard to understand why the interior of a - say - Ford Everest is put to shame by a $40000 Chinese car. Big screens cost nothing nowadays and the inability to provide half-decent seats is stunning.
the ice car makers have been harvesting and not inventing for decades. they prove that capitalism is bad for progress and innovation
I won’t buy new cars until these come to Australia.
Me too… Toyota is ripping Aussies off hard it’s so called reliability it’s a joke comparing to its pricing
@@espkh1549 Agree. Aussies are ripped off because of the limited options here.
Give the other brands a word, screw.
@@espkh1549 Aussie s have always been ripped off.
Just imagine if we in Australia drove on the Right instead of the Left, Cars would be alot cheaper, maybe it's time we changed ?
All roads network were designed for right side driving. It is too difficult to change.
@@Ederson9926 Sweden did it, it's definitely doable.
China USA EU all left driving
Don't worry, India will become the biggest new car market in 10 years' time. So right-hand drive cars will increase in popularity, bringing prices down.
In 1957 Sweden overnight went from RHD to LHD. My best mate was there and he witnessed it. Even in Australia the roads were extremely quiet. It is far to late in 2024 to change.
and my favourite is the seagull.... hopeefully they come here
I’ve seen it on Melbourne streets
J7 launched in South Africa on April 24 Priced roughly at R670K
I was speaking to SA journalists - they seem to really like it!
Xiaomi su7 is crazy good, I don't care if is a copy of Porche (exterior is certainly a copy of porche taycan)
40000USD give me a 0-62mph 2.8S and EV range of 500 miles i don't bloody care then
on zhejiang international racing track, with its standard tire, unmodified and untuuned, beats the old taycan turbo S which runs on PS4S, crazy good car.
Same here
It's one thing it looks like a Porsche, it's another thing it drives like a Porsche.
你别说,在中国就是很多人有这样的想法,最低配三万美元😂
Yeah.. only the lag of crash safety, airbags that doesn’t work and regularly thermal runaway fires!
And yet Apple spent $10B and couldn’t make a car
Because Chery launched Icar before Apple😅
Apple can only make marketing, iphones are crap also
BYD has a few sub-brands: Fang Cheng Bao, Denza, and Yang Wang; they all have new cars at the show: Fang Cheng Bao - Bao 3, Bao 8(BYD shark will come to AU, it will use similar technologies like Bao 5), super 9; Denza - Z9GT; Yang wang - U7.
My goodness, you are making all the legacy car companies shitting in their pants. The design, the interior all went up a few notches. Thats why competition is needed.
The best chatup line ever at a party
Want to see my Yang Wang🤪
It can swim and tank turn.
Just wanna say, Chinese definitely don't replace their cars every 2 years. Maybe only the richest, definitely not average people. But again the EV industrial is advanced too fast, 2 years is like 4 generations.
think you missed his point,he meant the new generation turn over time is currently only 2 years, you get a complete new model, where as some Toyota is 15 year turnover ,like Prado lc 150 from 2009-2013
@user-lo3eu9it2b yes, that make more sense
R&D cost for EV is cheaper than traditional vehicles, for most EV you never need transmission, differential or driveshaft, you don't need to consider about placements of all funtional components in the engine bay while keep the look of designer's draft. As a whole system, EV is so much more simple than ICE vehicles, designing a new EV is very much like designing a body-on-frame vehicle without zero concern about the drivetrain.
@@mingshili9769 That's not true for China. The motor technology is more or less capped. But there's a lot of room for batteries and even greater room for softwares like all kind of automation/ecosystem. Xiaomi/Huawei and others(Tesla included) are aiming for what Apple given up.
American"National security"
Threat 😂 😂
One word - WOW
Crazy right?!
@@CarSauce especially the car cycle thing,ie 2 yrs. I just cant comprehend it
@@nickl1177 I think some people do replace their new car in 2 years, but this is definitely not a common phenomenon. I purchased an Li ONE hybrid car in 2020 for CNY 338,000 with a lifetime warranty on the whole car, and I recently went to test drive the Li L9 2024 model, and the improvements are indeed very significant, but after consulting the official replacement price, I gave up on replacing the car - -My Li ONE is now worth only RMB 150k. Trams are evolving so fast that old cars are very worthless and I'm going to take advantage of my lifetime warranty.
im so obsessed with looking at chinese cars videos nowadays. so aesthetically pleasing and full of innovative tech ❤️ its sooo fun to see!
China needs some car sauce 🎉
All the legacy auto makers better get their shit together quick. The current sanctions and tariffs aint gonna help them innovating their asses out of this situation.
Competition can develop innovation.
If Tesla didn't wake their arse up, I doubt they'll wake up. When Big Brother can impose sanctions and bail you out, why adapt and change.
did you just ignore the NIO stand
They just had time to cover less than 20% of the entire show.
This is exactly why us needs to ban Chinese products. Wowow. Can you believe if all these products can be available in Australia.
Ban anything that we can’t make in Australia, so we can happily enjoy the fun of prehistoric civilisation.
Why? To stop embarrasing US companies for the crap they put out?
@@ALFOONUS it can't compete! ha..............................................
Welcome to Beijing. Love your reviews!😆 Man, we definitely should have met up at the motor show. Didn't even know you guys were there.☹
Very impressed, looking forward to more videos from the Beijing Auto Show presentation
yangwang u8 you have mentioned in 4:30, is 2024 new off road version, with a 100,000 rmb drone in the roof. The drone can be charged by itself, all can use screen to operate inside the car.
This the mother of all 4X4s times N, insane tech and capability, worth every single dollar they asked.
Not only can it charge itself, but it can even do takeoffs, follow the shot from the air, land, and change batteries all by itself!
Great video fellas. Can't wait for the upcoming reviews. You guys would probably also like the jetour j2 and the fang shenbao (byd) off roaders.
114 new models have been released 😂
Nice video. You can book an appointment with BYD headquarter in Shen Zhen, and have test drive for these cars.
The Dragon is awake . Simply acknowledge . West your era is over . Step aside and let CHINA show the way . Simple . Kudos to China 🥇🤗
Hahaha head ache after a year 😂😂😂
@@jeuffreypaler5233 - China hater ?
Thought like the west they are a dying breed .
@@jeuffreypaler5233 BYD made its first EV in 2005. Basic economics dictates that a billion consumers from the largest car market in the world ensures the brands that survives the insane competition are all amazing.
I think Australia is trying to build a case to import and convert the dongfeng mhero
Do you know that Dongfeng makes the most light-armored vehicles for China's two million-strong army?
dong feng is owned by Chinese government and Australia is a American colony so they isn't gonna allow that one for sure with their national security risk logic lol.
In the time it takes Toyota to come up with a concept car and produce something that has no resemblance to the concept, a Chinese brand would have gone through four model generations already.
And that’s exactly why Toyota decided to rebadge GAC’s Ev to sell in Chinese market
Like the car makers in the west, Toyota was also too complacent, they hardly developed any new technology for the decades. so it is not a surprise that China overtook them all in one go.
You are having such fun in the Beijing auto show. 👍
Some amazing cars on show. If you can - outside of the show see if you can get a first hand experience in one of the many brands offering fully self driving cars. Would be awesome to get your feedback.
Now the Aussies get it
Yangwang U8 - Giving new meaning to the word 'BLING' from the front design!
Great content, working your CarSauce magic in Asia!
We need the affordable ones and also high tech ones :)
Americans and Europeans will be envy of these Australian automotive
Well, in the US, even a rolling pin from China is labelled as a national security threat.
we only got 3models from BYD
11:02 Was that guy with the camera trying to catch some flies 🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣
If I had a $ for every time you said insane in this video, I'd be able to afford the tank 700
Can you make detail video about new cars gonna come to Australia?
I understand why some of these Chinese cars are not sold in Australia, because they would lead the market in sales
So many nice cars there Jesus. With good price and features and design. When are they coming out of there?
Where is the link of xiaomi su7 full review!!!
Coming out within the next few days!

Nice one gents. Thank you. For anyone who’s interested in a size comparison of where this is held compared to what we have available in Australia and why they only looked at 20% of the cars in one day. Then if you’re from Melbourne or just know “Jeff’s Shed”, which is huge. This one in China is about 25 times bigger! You really need 3 days to see everything on offer and wear comfortable shoes.
glad you point out they don't look the same at all.BMW,Merc,VW,all look the same between their different segment
So many nice designs. We need a several hour, or, part 1 through to 4, full review of all the cars at the expo. I would binge the F%ck out of them.
Inside China auto has a 2hr walk thru and English commentary video worth watching if this auto show
Nice channel for EV’s 🙌 subscribed. Well done
The one car I was looking for the most (Mazda), bro you were all in the way 😂
well chinese cars are certainly making a statement and id be concerned if i was one of the other mainstream brands!
Yangwang U8 set a new bar for all luxury SUV -- Emergency Floating function. Other full size luxury SUV now need to deliver that one.
Missed quite a lot big Chinese brands. Nio, Xpeng, Aito, Avatr, Zeeker...
The demise of Mercedes, BMW, Audi and even Porsche is well underway..
That's unlikely.
Not possible boss.
Not a chance
Slowly, too many Simps prefer brand name
Eagerly looking forward to Lincoln Aviator & Corsair manufacturing in China. Also the recent Toyota GAC partnership is game changer.
Toyota is partnering with HuaWei to use their autonomous driving system.

This is pretty crazy to watch. But i guess the big question is how well do they hold up.
It's unbelievable with so many new exciting cars.
Chinese manufacturers are more capitalistic and competitive than any of legacy car makers, cheaper and better quality ftw.
Take them all to Australia! Mate
what we have in Australia is very limited, when are they bring in YangWang?
Is there any news about BYD pickup truck?
it’s about to launch
The first shipment caught fire so expect delays

Now I see why Elon said that Chinese automotive brands will “demolish” global rivals without trade barriers.
Musk is right, no one can compete with this
Indeed. Tesla just went from ev producer number 2 to number 5 in China for this year. Huge fall from grace.
So many cool cars!
Dongfeng is my favorite now
dong feng is Chinese government owned company so get ready for "National security" story lmao
The Century looks better than the new Cullinan😂😭💀
iCar, an ev version Jimny for that price?! yes pls, in all black!
The small seagull

USD9700!
You said wow after listen Tank 700 rate is $100,000! In Bangladesh, Toyota Land Cruiser V8 sells at $350,000. In Bangladesh, we easily can purchase any top rank vehicle in the world if there is no import duty, which is 300% if the engine capacity is 2500 Cc
I honestly could have watched an hour of this.
There's a 2hr English walk thru video on RUclips from another channel
What's the price for this car?
I fucking love 💕
Um sorry with the Jaecoo, are you sure you didn't mean 122000?????? I refuse to believe that it's only 22000 dollars Australian😭😭😭
Im guessing all these prices are based on what they sell it for in China. It won't be what its priced for international markets
@@1PvP Duh obviously, cuz there is so much competition in China which brings prices down. So lucky for them
22000AUD is converted directly from the msrp in China domestic market, in actual selling price would be doubled of that 22000, around 40000AUD I'd say
China is still relatively low-income country, so no wonder car price in low level
@@coalex9114您錯了,原因是因為極端的競爭環境和生產成本快速下降,您要知道,即便人均收入低,中國買得起奢侈車種的人口仍遠高於地球上任何一個國家。

so luka doncic turned into an auto journalist now?
The interiors are so much nicer than Tesla! But how are they for real world reliability? How can so many different brands compete and still stay in business? Are any of these coming to the US?

China domestic car market is around 30 millions cars per year.
@@wtwei5056 yup.and only 16% go to export market.the other 84% are sold in domestic market
Chinese car market is a grinder for the car companies now, everyone is bleeding and try to survive. The going down speed of car price is faster than you think. I bought a BMW X3 last year at total 410000 rmb with tax and other stuff, which was almost 500000 rmb a year before that. But this year, I saw the price is going to about 360000-370000 rmb or maybe even lower. Several car companies have died and these are still new comers like Xiaomi. Wait for another 2-3 years, the we can tell who are the survivors.
Chinese cars have definitely come a long way and improved all round. Watch out world!
They have companies making furniture making cars now.
Matt & Jacob, do you believe atm it's worth it to buy a chinese made vehicle in aus with the intention of long term use and ownership? Or should we wait a few more years to see how the reliability of them holds up long term e.g. H6 HEV and make a decision then? thanks
Not the current model, wait for upcoming models. They will bring the lastest tech in the further
Isn't it high time car manufacturers elsewhere revised their pricing strategies?
It’s funny how America and Europe keep on focusing on overpriced EV luxury cars that most of us can’t afford and china is starting to build vehicles that people can actually afford😂
The average driver doesn’t need 1000hp or triple motors 😂
Btw, who that have more than 100k wants to buy a EV that has less than 300 miles of range😂
The largest auto show in the world, nio have a car battery swap. Amazing

Got to give it to the Chinese manufacturing.. They have nail exterior and interior!! I'm still not a fan of EVs though and their safety features are rather annoying binging all the time.
