i LOVE these types of videos!! I struggle with caving into the fast food meals when I feel particularly slammed with school and work, but I really really want to change that. I FEEL so much better when I eat more whole foods and I know that it is so much better for my overall health, but sometimes the convenience of quick meals (a lot of times unhealthy) is just so tempting sometimes. this video really motivated me to be mindful of what I am putting into my body and that it is possible to do so even with a crazy hectic schedule - and oh so worth it!!the editing was also so well done, super fun video to watch!!

I'm really liking all the little notes, an options. Just not expecting us all to eat the same thing vibe. I started eating in a "when I felt satisfied, not full" At first I could down a burger, but easily stop on an apple. But over time I'd leave 2 bites of a burger for later, then half. Recently I'll only eat a few bites of both, I haven't lost weight yet, but pulling my eating amount down to a serving size, will help maybe a year from now. Granted it's hard to do if family is making fun of you, or eating your "crumbs". But either set strong boundaries, or get your own fridge.
absolutely amazin, really appreciate, but just one thing about the porridge. you can get quick oats, make it from the bowl and then theres not pot cleaning , incredibly handy I.promise. It really does help and makes it more appealing to do. 😍😍

absolutely amazin, really appreciate, but just one thing about the porridge. you can get quick oats, make it from the bowl and then theres not pot cleaning , incredibly handy I.promise. It really does help and makes it more appealing to do. 😍😍
