Hi, Thanks for the good video, it really help me to know more about snapmaker's PCB milling. Is it possible to use 0.1mm drill bits for snapmaker's PCB milling?
I think so. From my experience so far its been .1mm or .2mm 20 degree and 30 degreee engraver bits. Someone gave me this recommendation for ~ .1mm drill bits that are used for PCB trace isolation: www.precisebits.com/products/carbidebits/scoreengrave.asp
Nice! Now I'm wondering if there is a way of doing solder resist using the laser? Even possibly making a pick-and-place head?
are the boards usable
oh ah I would say 7 out of 9 were good. the 2 out of 9 were soso like you need to do some cleanup and touchup to the board
