Sure! The Curve can handle a loop. There shouldn't be any problem with that. You'd want to make the loop as smooth as possible to prevent the car from catching rough edges in the road as it traverses up and around. Yet, another possibility too... You could make a figure 8 style track, although you would likely have to reconstruct the crossing section in a very similar way to how I closed the gap at the start and end of the track in this video. Good stuff! :)
