    Clean 2 cups of rice.
Put 2 cups of water over it in pot.
    Boil until mushy.
Put 3 tbs of it into bowl.
    Mix in the oil.
    Blend in blender until milky.
    Wait 30-60 minutes.
After wetting hair, apply mask from roots to ends.
    Leave on hair 30-60 minutes.
    Then rinse and detangle.
Works best with Rice Water routine.

Hello and thank you for this awesome video, I’ve been using rice water for years but never seen it this way.
Unfortunately I’m a struggling single mother and can’t buy your products yet😔
But could I use this mask without the oil or just coconut or olive oil instead?
    Thank you ❤️

Im low porosity and protein sensitive, my hair was super brittle when I tried rice water but I'm going to see how my hair reacts to this. My hair is currently in passion twists but in 2 weeks im taking it out. I'll update you guys on that wash days if you want and let you know what it was like.
Just respond to my comment so I can remember 🙌🏾

@@brooklynnn777 of course I'll update next week when I have my wash day and then I'll update the next day to tell you how my hair has taken to it. I'm quite protein sensitive so hopefully it won't dry my hair out.

    • @maaaggs
      @maaaggs 4 года назад +7

@@brooklynnn777 haha almost forgot. I did it 2 days ago and honestly it didn't do much for my hair however the consistency wasn't the same as hers. I didnt really add enough liquid and i didnt cook the rice on the stove I had to do it in the microwave. The rice was still soft and cooked however the consistency was more like a cream than a mask. I added Olive oil, caster oil, tea tree and amla and I left it in my hair for half an hour. It didn't dry out my hair so I'd say it's a pretty safe option for us protein sensitive people😊👍🏾

    • @makkiahfaison7376

I would say moisture since she boiled all of the nutrients out of the rice and didn't go through the fermentation process which is how the nutrients are absorbed into the rice.
