Aldi sold a mouse pad last week and from what i sounds like the surface is exactly like the raiden. Very smooth, pretty much no static friction and really fast. The weave is very fine and looks similar to the weave of generic cloth pads but the surface material is 100% polyester so unlike cloth pads its very fast. Honestly I'm loving the surface and I'm gonna main the pad. The pad was only 2,99€ and it's 40x89cm so you could cut it in half for two 40x44cm pads for 1,50€ each but i prefer 50cm width so i'll probably leave it in one piece and roll the sides up.

I was actually surprised the Saturn Pro feels pretty much the same as my SteelSeries QCK that I've been using for years now (I have like 4 of them I have bought), it is nothing super special not very soft but not abrasive. I am enjoying it but honestly not as much as I thought I would. For $50 on a mouse pad I assumed it would be like a CRAZY big difference, but it's not that huge. Though it is only my first week using it with the Tiger Ice V2 feet. Maybe I should go back to the Lethal Gaming Gear glass skates I was using.

one thing about the hien is if u live in a relatively humid climate the pad is going to wear down significantly faster where you use it to the point where its basically unusable and you cant do anything to mitigate/fix it
Brother you got to try out the hyperx pulse fire gaming pad. I find it to be a nice mix between speed and control with a slightly abrasive surface. It feels like a Saturn and hien together.
I’m gonna order a Hien soft and I use a Logitech g pro super light, and I’m wondering what mouse feet I should get to go with it? I currently have stock feet on my mouse still.
Hey Boardzy , i was really looking into buying an artizan mouse pad since ive been seeing your videos. But i am really concerned about one thing specifically. I have a g pro x logitech superlight and i have a VICTISING MOUSE PAD and when i first bought my mouse and mouse pad last year i noticed that 3 weeks in the mouse pad really wore down my mouse skates and im not sure if its because of the mouse pad but i do tend to put a bit of force down on my mouse when i play and i play valorant a lot. so if it is the reason because i have such a cheap mouse pad i was looking into buying the hien but im not sure what artisan mouse pad you recommend that would prevent my skates to wear down since im buying some replacement core pads for my mouse
Agree on the skypad, I play worse but it’s enjoyable since it’s unique, sucks that my forearm sticks when I sweat (I don’t main it so not gonna spend extra time and money for an arm sleeve)
I need the most smooth Mouse surface since my skin is so sensible. Which one do you recommend? Today I use Corsair MM350 Pro that I like the felling, but it´s small for me. I was looking for something as 1000x500. Thanks
I currently have a skypad 3.0 is it worth buying a hien? I'm used to the skypad (with gpx + tiger ice skates) but not sure if its holding me back in tactical shooters or if its just a skill issue that I can improve on.
I've never had a PRO/Best Gaming Mousepad before. I’ve only ever used those free ones that get given out as some form of publicity, except for a GRIFITI brand one that wasn’t really that great. It’s all frayed, and shiiieeet, the wrist rest got all separated, so I’m back to the free stuff. However, I actually would prefer having a smooth, fast, and little to almost frictionless surface, like the hard surface of a Skypad 3.0. I mean, I’ve only ever had that friction plus experience, and it’s horrible, and makes maneuvering a mouse a tedious experience, even on the fastest of settings. Seems like I would be a perfect candidate for a hardpad, with the characteristics of Skypad, ultra consistent and ultra smooth. ULTRA ULTRA ULTRA.
I tried the Artisan Hien Mid, but for tracking it felt too slow after using an aluminum mousepad. Basically, my point here is. Is there any mousepads other than the Skypad 3.0 that have that sort of speed with little to no stopping power?
Does the Skypad 3.0 work with a mouse with Pulsar Glass Skates(Superglide)?? I have looked for this answer for awhile cus I have a Logitech Superlight with glass skates.
You know I'm something of an Artisan man myself.. I'm sure you know this trick; but after the back of my hien lost it's stickiness I emailed Artisan, they told me to just wipe the back of the pad with water, or the desk where it will be placed and it works. After using water it sticks to the desk very well. Also I got a Skypad 3.0 recently and agree, it's very fun to use and quite unique compared to other pads.
@@red-yl9ez Apologies in advance for the essay: Well, I’m sure if I remember correctly quite a few apex pros were using the skypad at LAN. Which I’d say is a competitive scene. I’m not sure about other esports as I don’t follow them as closely sorry. I think really it depends on the person and how good your mouse control is, if your mouse control is high level and your aim is good I think it can be a fantastic pad. However if you struggle with things like smoothness I think it can actually accentuate those issues. You could actually argue that’s a good thing as it’ll force you to focus on your weakness though. Sorry I know this is kind of not really a straightforward answer. If you wanted speed but still on cloth you could try pads like raiden, kuroson ninja, Artisan actually released V2 of the Shidenkai recently. Mine is due to be delivered next week though so I can’t comment on what it’s like, but I’d also imagine fast as it has glass in from what I recall from V1. But if you want a pad that is very unique and will feel different to all your cloth pads though I don’t think you can’t beat a Skypad. Tracking on it feels so fluid. If you do get one check out xraypad obsidian dots which are designed for glass pads and should last longer than regular PTFE, you also get like 40 dots for something like £8. Skypad also recently did a collab with them. I also heard good things about the pulsar superglide pad which Is also glass.
Getting an Artisan mousepad in Germany is a disaster, most of them are between 70-110€ and most of the time you also need to pay 10-20€ just for shipping fees. I got the AC2 Sakura Black for around 50€ this week.

Brother you got to try out the hyperx pulse fire gaming pad. I find it to be a nice mix between speed and control with a slightly abrasive surface. It feels like a Saturn and hien together.
nice troll

artisan zero xsoft has muddy spots after one month of use. Washing doesn't help I don't recommend buying it
I’m gonna order a Hien soft and I use a Logitech g pro super light, and I’m wondering what mouse feet I should get to go with it? I currently have stock feet on my mouse still.
Ive have an artisan zero for about a year but it has a pretty significant slow spot, I’ve washed it but it doesn’t seem to get rid of it :(
Anyone order from official artisan site with default shipping method, not DHL/EMS, how long did it take to deliver to USA?
being the most directy which is the best mousepad for valorant?
Always delivers boardzy 👌
can you review the havu kuusi mousepad cuz I have it rn and its 2x better than my lgg saturn.
Hey Boardzy , i was really looking into buying an artizan mouse pad since ive been seeing your videos. But i am really concerned about one thing specifically. I have a g pro x logitech superlight
and i have a VICTISING MOUSE PAD and when i first bought my mouse and mouse pad last year i noticed that 3 weeks in the mouse pad really wore down my mouse skates and im not sure if its because of the mouse pad but i do tend to put a bit of force down on my mouse when i play and i play valorant a lot. so if it is the reason because i have such a cheap mouse pad i was looking into buying the hien but im not sure what artisan mouse pad you recommend that would prevent my skates to wear down since im buying some replacement core pads for my mouse
Hien soft and done...the rest is entertainment.
This is highly accruate.
The X-RAYPAD Aqua Control Zero Mousepad is currently with a discount at 24.99€, do you think its a good pick?
is the saturn pro he recommends the firm, soft, or xsoft version!?
is the Hyperx fury s good for gaming? I’m not tryna wait a long time for one can someone suggest a good one from Amazon
got a saturn pro, excited to try it
Soft or xsoft
Agree on the skypad, I play worse but it’s enjoyable since it’s unique, sucks that my forearm sticks when I sweat (I don’t main it so not gonna spend extra time and money for an arm sleeve)
I just wear a long sleeve shirt works for me at least
That's why I went with the Cerapad KIN, no issues with sweat or forearm stickiness.
The hien texture is only annoying when u first get used to it
I need the most smooth Mouse surface since my skin is so sensible. Which one do you recommend? Today I use Corsair MM350 Pro that I like the felling, but it´s small for me. I was looking for something as 1000x500. Thanks
Is pigmodding good?
I currently have a skypad 3.0 is it worth buying a hien? I'm used to the skypad (with gpx + tiger ice skates) but not sure if its holding me back in tactical shooters or if its just a skill issue that I can improve on.
Getting the Raiden mid soon together with an x2 mini with the glass skates, gonna fly like a fucking jet.
A Gift for you! RAZER SPHEX V3 + Glorious Ceramic G-Floats Mouse Feet = Dare I say perfect Tracking Aim 🫰🥰
And for dessert 🎂. Wraptor Gaming Mouse Pad + 100% PTFE Mouse Feet = Perfect Flick Aim.
What do you think about razer strider? Is it still worth to buy?
All the mousepad in the video is too expensive for my country
Hi boardzy when did you purchase your updated Raiden? I got mine in October 2022. Thanks
Shoutout to everyone who writes Hien instead of Hein. It's like peek vs peak, you're more likely to see the wrong choice.
How would you rate the updated esports tiger Blaze?
I‘m playing fast FPS Games like Overwatch and Apex. What Speed Pad would you recommend me to get?
I tried the Artisan Hien Mid, but for tracking it felt too slow after using an aluminum mousepad. Basically, my point here is. Is there any mousepads other than the Skypad 3.0 that have that sort of speed with
little to no stopping power?
i been using an artisan zero soft for ages now, along with a deathadder v3 pro, corepads and 4k polling
corepads over the stock skates? thats interesting
great video man
I love my Saturn Pro. Absolute Goat
When the human body need to adapt to the mousepad and not the other way around xD
i take advices from u cuz i dont trust other poeple since u r the guy who i should trust and love ur content btw
Does the Skypad 3.0 work with a mouse with Pulsar Glass Skates(Superglide)?? I have looked for this answer for awhile cus I have a Logitech Superlight with glass skates.
“The solution to that is not being a pussy” yes, keeping it real
You know I'm something of an Artisan man myself..
I'm sure you know this trick; but after the back of my hien lost it's stickiness I emailed Artisan, they told me to just wipe the back of the pad with water, or the desk where it will be placed and it works. After using water it sticks to the desk very well.
Also I got a Skypad 3.0 recently and agree, it's very fun to use and quite unique compared to other pads.
On a competitive side of things, would you ever use the skypad over the artisan?
@@red-yl9ez Apologies in advance for the essay:
Well, I’m sure if I remember correctly quite a few apex pros were using the skypad at LAN.
Firing shots at Focus pads i belive with that AQ statement 🤣
I’m not but I’m happy to see there are multiple pads that fit the description
Getting an Artisan mousepad in Germany is a disaster, most of them are between 70-110€ and most of the time you also need to pay 10-20€ just for shipping fees. I got the AC2 Sakura Black for around 50€ this week.
65euro from maxgaming how is that a disaster?
@@boardzy Maxgaming used to be stocked out in Eu for eternity, so not many know about it.
Just buy 2 pads directly from artisan and sell one, cheaper than maxgaming that way
Whats the best for tactical FPS? Thank you!😊
Mouse skates recommended for a Skypad? Using a Deathadder V2?
Have you had a chance to try the Coldclutch Rapid? Wondering if it's a poor man's Raiden.
