Arm sleeve is something that works for me really well. My forearm tends to stick on my table otherwise. With the arm sleeve i just get same consistent feeling every time.
It might be fun to compare the top aimers sleeves against the rest of the competition. I tried a ptfe sleeve that was faster than my mouse pad so it was weird. I imagine it could take a bit of time to find one where it matched.
I've tried quite a few sleeves and I'd definitely like to see you review some. I first started using them as I had some inconsistencies with glide, and when I began using Skypad I basically couldn't use it without a sleeve. I feel like it's kind of weird with them because depending on the weave of the sleeve/pad they can have different interactions with the pad. For example I bought one from Flashe gaming, just the regular sleeve; and whilst the glide was good vertically on pad (think it was zero) the horizontal glide was terrible, there was way too much friction for it to be useable in my opinion. I've tried the following sleeves: Flashe x regular, ptfe sleeve version 1 and 2. H4X sleeve. Skypad sleeve. Focus sleeve and currently waiting on the arrival of the new Pulsar sleeve. Then also some random cheap amazon sleeves and a Nike basketball sleeve. Out of all the above I've found either Skypad/H4X to be the most consistent for me across all pads. I own a bunch of Artisan pads, Skypad, Cerapad and the new Kurson Ninja for reference on which pads I've tried them with.
Pretty sure the Gamesense Rush got a small rebrand in appearance. It used to have the text on the bottom right apparently new models have the Gamesense logo
It's interesting about the posture they make for aiming , would be a cool video about they Desk height and arm movement. The Trouble that i had because im getting older (28) is that my Desk is to high for me to have a good posture. Maybe around 73-74cm without mousepad , maybe like more than 3-4 Years my Arm starts to slow down and feels exhausted in the muscle's because its uplifted by the Desk a bit. I could put the Full arm on the Desk/pad but it feels most times to weird or uncomfortable to sit "on the Desk" xD Maybe it would be a interesting Video idea also to take notes of the Situations. We all will be older at some point. In my Old days I played on a standard L shaped Glass table & My aim was insane at this times. Maybe my Age or the Normal Shaped Desk made me much worse over the Years.
I had a golden age too but right now I'm not even in my blass age, I hope to get my first burning because I feel that I didn't reach my maximum potential, by tech I feel so limited but maybe the age it's a main factor right now. Edit: In my old days I was way better with my office optical mice than my 100 USD mice, also I didn't have a mouse pad and the desk was smaller.
older at 28, I am 37 I FEEL it. When your fingers start feeling tingly and your arm gets tired, and you can't do precise movements of the mouse on your GPX superlight anymore because you get this weird anxiety when trying for too long.. you know you getting old. But yeah there was a time in college when Counter Strike Source just came out that I was pretty pro with a crappy wired optical mouse while getting headshots nonstop using the M16 or AK. Burned out of Counter strike hard though after 1.6, then Source, then GO.. I stopped at GO. I am pretty happy for CS 2 though.

the tasks that they're playing don't punish a low sensitivity at all because the targets are way too close together. I usually play and aim train on 24cm and that's what i'm best in normal tasks at but for these scenarios i lowered my sens to 45cm and did all my highscores that way. Just for some of these tracking tasks you can't go too low with your sens or you will need to reset your mouse sometimes. I wouldn't be surprised if they optimised their settings just for those scenarios and praticed with it for weeks. And they probably even changed sens for the tracking scenarios.

On some mousepads the razer mice have tracking issues on low LOD, on my LGG Venus my dav3 doesn't track properly on low LOD but on all my other pads it does. Just try out the different settings, if you have no tracking issues low LOD is the best for resetting the mouse. If you don't reset the mouse a lot or just want to be save, a higher setting is fine, too. And for 4khz, test if there are any stutters or other weird things happening in game when you move the mouse fast. If not and you are not bothered by the lower battery life 4khz is better than 1khz. But using 1khz is fine too if you don't notice a big difference or want more battery life.
