Solid mouse, particularly for the price (wired), but it felt overhyped to me and that lack of curvature makes me regret not picking an EC2-C over this.

I bought the OP1 8k and as someone coming from the GPX 2 and Stormbreaker I can say that it was definitely worth it. If you have a cable management device for it the cable basically doesn't exist.

I play 81.64/and I am perfectly happy with the OP18k mouse. Using it on a soft Otsu and with a bungee and I don't feel any issues. Perfect shape, perfect clicks, perfect build quality and feel overall, best technology, best reliability. Speaks for itself when it comes to comp FPS. The only negative thing about it is the skates. I am just personally totally against the type of these PTFE skates and their size and shape. Hate it because they make things very muddy.
Hey boardzy, i have been rocking a DAV3 Pro Smooth Touch for 2 weeks now. I can confirm it has 0 creak or flex issues it's highly updated and Razer confirmed to me that internals have been updated too even though they didn't mention which ones specifically. New coating is awsome, better then the Faker to me. So i highly recommend you testing this version out. I had the same problems on 3 DAV3 Faker copys like you have, creak, flexing and terrible QC.
Awsome! I can't confirm it officially ofcourse but from my own experiance i feel the clicks are a bit more snappy (vs the normal/faker) and the coating feels a little better/rougher then the faker. Since im a palm gripper 20.5x10 hands i still use Corepad grips on the sides though since the right side is still a bit too steep for my grip. I've replaced the stock feet with Corepad PRO which is better but not a extreme difference vs the stock. I'll look forward to check out your take on this version!
after 13 x2v2 minis i got myself their bigger brother: x2v2 red and it turned out the bigger shape fits me way better than the mini version, I'm in shambles.
The hyperpolling dongle is a major deal breaker at this point It is not easily available in most countries plus the hyperpolling dongle has many connectivity issues and needs re-pairing randomly on system restarts At that point it is just much better deal to buy gpx2 that support 2k on its standard dongle and it actually comes out to be cheaper than v3 pro + hyperpolling dongle

@@tryfergoodra552 I use wired ( DeathAdder v3 wired ) without a bungee. I do use tape tho, it works perfectly and I haven't had ANY issues with the cable. I also played without tape for awhile but the only issue I had was that it got sometimes stuck to my monitor's stand, my desk is pretty weird tho so keep in mind that it might not happen to you, but if it does just use tape and tape it in a way so you can still move your mouse basically anywhere except maybe the bottom left and right corners so that way it will be " long enough " so you can move around and turn 180 easily without the tape being an issue cause if you leave it too short then it obviously will be an issue if you try to do a huge flick or 180 with low sens and gotta use most of the mousepad space.

I just bought a Op1 8K, coming from a Scimitar Elite, this is vastly different. I'm not sure if you have had this issue, but I'm having a bit of pain/cramp in my hand, right side under my pinky. Did you have any similar issues with it? It may be because of my old style of playing with a very relaxed palm/claw grip, I'm holding it wrong, or my hand is too big, I'm really not too sure. Aside from that the mouse is so light and feels really nice.

Save yourself the money and hassle and bind your mouse movement to your keyboard arrow keys, side buttons to the volume scroll wheel if your keyboard has one, and main clicks to right shift and enter 100% the way to go believe me I have been using this method for years

If you like the viper shape go for it, it is a great mouse But you need to buy hyperpolling dongle separately, that kinda makes gpx2 a better deal with 2k in default package Also v2 pro has scroll wheel issues that develop immediately (you must have faced it with viper ultimate as well)

GPX2 scroll wheel single handedly ruins the mouse if you main Fortnite. Shape is great, wireless is great, battery life is great, scroll wheel ruins it all. After about 4 months of owning it, the scroll wheel would randomly scroll the wrong way sometimes. This kills scroll wheel reset. I contacted their warranty, they sent me a brand new one for free, and 3 months later it has the exact same issue.

It depends if you want something much flatter feeling than the GPX. I dont keep it in my main rotation but I think razer will have a new release relatively soon

It's called Subjective view/opinion. They are not necessarily based on facts or even truth, and they can change with time. Can be changed because of feelings or biases or whatever. DAV3 might not have changed, but maybe Boardzy did, and therefor his view of something could also have changed.

i loved my deathadder v3 pro but the scroll wheel is no longer working properly. it really fucking sucks cause it was so expensive!
Currently, my favorite is the Thorn, although I'm not convinced by the build quality. But I love the shape.

My main one it superlight 2 but I need to get something in black color due to change of keyboard and was thinking of getting another superlight 2 in black or viper pro 2… I know that the vp2 is a little older but I ordered to try it myself however would you mind to share ur feeling about it?
It depends if you want something much flatter feeling than the GPX. I dont keep it in my main rotation but I think razer will have a new release relatively soon

It's called Subjective view/opinion. They are not necessarily based on facts or even truth, and they can change with time. Can be changed because of feelings or biases or whatever. DAV3 might not have changed, but maybe Boardzy did, and therefor his view of something could also have changed.
