Add my 2d fave, after the groin stretch, the twisted spine: lying on the back, arms in a T shape, bring your knees on your chest, breathe out, and rotate your legs from the waist to the left while breathing in, and turn the head towards the opposite side of the legs, thus to the right. Bring the legs back to the center, breathe out, and rotate the legs to the other side, while breathing in.

Can you give alternative excercises for the kneeling ones? Due do knee surgery, getting on my knees causes excruciating pain (I imagine the same for all knee replacement surgery recipients, unless I am unique).
