This was one of the most enthusiastic unboxing i seen in years. These are first production bike in new factory in pune india . Nice to see how well they were packed and best was the way it was downloaded and enthusiastly welcomed by you all .
Fantastic Si I think Triumph have a real winner with these bikes they certainly look a step up from the competition and the price is bang on the money.
Totally agree Mike, its going to be a great addition to the range, tempted myself to be honest as well as just about everyone else down at the shop lol
I think it took less time to manufacture the bikes than for you lads to unbox them. Seriously, you guys seem to work slow and safe, it's good for your mental health and for your customers, if I lived in the UK I'd buy a nice bike from you.
Great video mate good to get 😊 early peak of the bikes as we don’t get to see them for sometime after you down here in Australia. Keep up the good work
not sure if the video slowed down and music started playing when they revealed that green scrambler or if that was just in my brain? But that is the definition of love at first sight! I'm officially on the list waiting for mine! cheers!
Enjoyed the video and it's good to see how well packed they are packed for transit. Expecting my red Speed 400 later this month but wondering what mirrors came with your delivery ie bar end or handlebar mounted?
Hello there. Hope you fellas over there in Scotland are keeping well. Really enjoyed your unboxing video. I'm expecting my scrambler 400x to arrive here in Ireland around the end of March. I'm tired of watching videos from India now, so like others I'm looking forward to some on the road reviews from this neck of the woods. Hopefully it won't disappoint. Keep up the good work. 👍
Hey dude thanks for commenting on the video, March will be here in no time at all :), I will get a review up of the bike shortly to give you an idea what its like on real roads just like the roads in your neck of the woods. Take it easy man, Si
Nice one Si! Has to be the Scrambler for living out in the sticks i think! (in my opinion) Looks really good and they look typically well screwed together. Was in Shirlaws in Aberdeen yesterday and they’re expecting theirs to drop any day too, so maybe the central belt is the first drop off lol. Either way, really looking forward to a ride on one of these! Touch more power than the 310GS you had there as you’ll know (i had one) and would hope much easier to work on as it was about 26 screws to remove on that just to get to the air box!
Was seriously considering one of these but decided on an immaculate ultra low mileage Ducati 400 scrambler last month, the Triumphs look great but I'm more than happy with my Ducati.
With my Ducati in the U.K. there are ways of checking a motorcycle's annual mileage history on line commencing when the bike is three years old and this was updated annually, then there's the documented Ducati service history. After studying the information it all adds up to be correct, most of the miles covered were in the first 18 months, it then changed hands and it seems it was more an ornament rather than a regular rider, the condition as well is as a bike at around 6 months old, don't think it's ever been ridden off road, it's completely standard apart from a handlebar brace. @@ashutosht10
Pois é, como a moto ainda não chegou no Brasil. Queria saber se tem como instalar o guidão e o assento da speed 400 na scrambler 400x. Não gostei desse guidão que vem de fabrica na scrambler 400, algo não orna.
Very soon, please make sure you hit the notification bell I promise I will get it out as soon as possible there is an embargo on riding the bike till the 20th Jan
@morrow7x908. Yeah, that's on me and my U.S. centric ignorance. Should have asked for 5th character/digit I believe, which I did ask other UK blogger and got "UK bikes made in Thailand", not the actual character. But I have seen many others say India. I'll just wait until I get mine to find out
Excellent thanks! As you may know everyne in the West wants to know how the 400X is on the highway--well both 400's--but not at Indian speeds of 90km but Western highway speeds 100-140km type of range would be great! Cheers and subbed@@simotofoto

Didn't knew Ducati had 400cc scrambler bike . They must be good .

So are these bike manufactured in India and then imported here ?? Or made locally here in UK ??

'Well, paint me green' here in the USA (matt khaki green please). Out of curiosity, what are the first 3 characters of VIN?
SMT
If I understand correctly, that's no help for what we actually want to know, as it's a UK code, reflecting the company's headquarters location...(?)
@morrow7x908. Yeah, that's on me and my U.S. centric ignorance. Should have asked for 5th character/digit I

Note for Triumph dealers:
Start by only removing the top frame bolts, the the lower.
Looked quite scary the way shown😮
This makes me wonder why my dealer charges a $400 set up fee.. to mount the handlebar and brake lever lol
Usually takes a couple of hours to PDI
@@simotofoto Yes I get it, dealers have to make money too!
@@On2wheels94 think its a bit different in the US we don't get these charges here in the UK
@@simotofoto I'm sure. Dealerships are kind of a scam here. I put a deposit down on this bike... $5600 MSRP and out the door price is quoted at $7350
