This is really a testament to how seriously they took designing Steve for smash; most of this is possible because they put actual physics on everything rather than just hitboxes and call it a day.

Man Steve is so cool, I understand why everyone in competitive smash hates on him but like come on, this stuff is pretty cool, you can get so creative with him. It’s just a shame how much backlash he gets because of how people play him.
Base Minecraft: Very easy to pick up for all gamers of different skill levels Minecraft in Smash: Very difficult and technical, not for the faint of heart
Steve is easily my favorite character in Smash. I was having trouble containing my excitement when he was revealed because I was in Science class at the time (I finished my work, so I was fine).
Don't get me wrong I love steve, but I hate how much people have found what you can do with him cause I have a friend that plays steve and I hate it when he get new ideas
Funny how i have been following Yophey and Haruki for so long that i already know pretty much all of these tricks. Also really good explanation on your side to the people that have no idea how steve operates. Good job
As a Steve main I can say that some of this is useful in game as it catches people off guard with some of the cast not having counter play for his setups
Some little things wrong here and there but a nice showcase nonetheless. Even though there's tricks I know that you didn't go over, I still learned some things from this video. There's always more to learn and practice when you're a Steve main.
Me watching this. And thinks. Steve TNT go boom. I cannot get this into my head it's way to much for me. Sure Steve Combo's are insane. But i'm not gonna waste my time at a character that i barly play. Still good job for those creative Steve players.

these 1st ones are SO OVERLY COMPLEX when literally all i do is place a block behind me, and then power rail into said block. by boosting away from the opponent, then hitting the block you placed, the cart bounces off the block pretty much into a 2nd boost and 9 times out of 10 people get hit by it because of how much it throws most people off. Seriously. takes a fraction of the time, resources, and skill to pull off, for a much more reliable trick. xD
Pls like so they see this, but if you use greeninja’s finish move on magicant, the player will be insta k.o’d . You can prevent this by waiting until the little tower comes by, then try it and then they will get hit onto the floor of the tower beneath everything Note: only works with 20 percent damage and up

Shoutouts to all the talented and creative Steve mains out there!
Full credits and songlist in the description.
They're crazy with all the setups lol
22 coolest Pac-Man hydrant Tricks when? great video
There’s also a way to do the slow down kill thing, but you don’t take damage as Steve. It’s a pretty hard setup but it works.
100th like hehe
Can't believe people found a way to make tnt cannons in Smash 😂😂
Yeah when they called it tnt “catapult” I thought “not a minecraft player?”
seth bling would be proud
@@drybonesmunchakoopas5143 I feel welcomed back (sethbling here)
@@ShuckleShellAnemia I don’t think you’re Seth…
I mean, it was in Minecraft, so obviously Sakurai had to add it to Smash. Right?
Love how we getting some Steve knowledge here. Helps Steve’s who want to practice this, and opponents to know what Steve wants.
Real Rockman?!
Steve literally wants 22 things and it's fucking disgusting
The legend

Stuff like this is why a playable fighter in smash is such a night deal over a skin in fortnite
Still hes broken af 😂
6:17 it worked because the diamond up air destroyed the block immediately, while the wooden up air didn’t

Love it xD
The slowdown trick that gets Ness and the rats is so grimy 😂😂
Works on bomb recoveries
I'll make sure to use it on my bro who spams PK Fire when playing as Ness. 😈
Can't wait until TAS smash videos where Steve mains do these tricks non-stop
My favorite little Steve trick is when you stand on top of a TNT, do a down smash, then mash airdodge. Steve won't get hit.

This stuff is more difficult than u might think. The dirt disappears too quickly for the cart launch when u want and ure spacing is very precise.
I have no idea how they made their dirt last longer.
Thanks!
This is cool and all, but I’d really like to see a “[Number] Basic Steve Setups” because I am a really bad with Steve lol.
Wow, that's awesome ! Steve seems like a do tough of a character , yet I think the meta steve is still not complete
Wow more impractical tech! Can't wait to see it once in tourney and then never again :D
