I've heard/read that static stretching is best saved for post workout, so I was a little surprised to hear you say you hold for about 2 minutes.. I'm sure you've figured out what works best for you over the years.. Do you ever alternate with dynamic stretching pre-workout?

Stretching before strength workout , do you feel that your strength is decreased durning the workout? Studies state that stretching before can be compromising the muscle full strength output. That post workout is a better time to work once stretching. Just like to hear your opinion, since I value both of yours options. Thanks

Hi Tia, I'm 52 years old and I use to make fitness and watch crossfit for long time, 2019 I was thinking to do crossfit but then I get problems at my both Shorders and 2019 I get two OP at my right shoulder and one at my left shoulder ☹️, my question is ob Crossfit Kan me helping with my shoulder problems???

Tia, other than stretching, do you take any supplements? I’ve had knee surgery and my knee is still stiff and crunchy. Some pain when squatting and doing any bending movements… it’s been over 2 years. I can’t get it fixed further so I still do my training and kind of deal with the little pains. Anything you take and Recommend?

Hi Tia, while watching this video, a thought occurred to me. Shane is both your husband and coach. What happens on days when there is a huge argument at home and both do not see eye to eye for that day. How does training go on?

I can't afford the vegan diet.. It costs so much money to meet my protein and calorie needs at 3,500 calories or so per day... I slowly feel weaker as time goes on as well.... I looked way better on a actual chicken n meat diet.. Does any1 agree with me ? This is just my experience
@kratos Milk isn't vegan.
I saw a documentary saying that some can live well on plant protein, and some athletes preform well with animal protein. So although there won’t be a definite answer within a short time, it’s just a reference. I too do feel weaker when sticking to plant protein gradually
