Thanks Tia for this video I am at a desk 8 to 10hrs a day so this will be very helpful. I was wondering if you could post a video on T spine stretches as well, I am trying to improve mine because it's really poor and needs lots of work.
I’m definitely trying these. I keep getting tight and sore in my upper back typically on the left side. Not much helps so I’d love to see more stretches to help the back muscles.

When do you stretch? According to the title, stretch would occur just before training? In that case I suggest to move on more mobility and MFR stuff, to reduce injuries. However, in the end you said you use it daily (away from training?) and in rest days: in this case is great!
