I'm a swimmer and sometimes its super intimidating knowing you have 8km in front of you and 2 or 3 really hard 'main sets' (threshhold, speed, pace/timed trials etc) so I'm really going to try and take that into my training 🏊♀️❤️

I had to subscribe because after watching most of your previous videos I just can’t help but to gravitate to you and your message you put out there. Even the brand you stand with embodies your intensity. I’m currently cutting big time and was trying to figure out where I was gonna go as far as physique when it comes time to jump back up on weight and put on some size. Whether it be a bodybuilder look, just a fit look or this newly seen CrossFit physique that I’ve stumbled across. CrossFit is very new to me though I’ve heard of it but Tia you are the best ambassador that the CrossFit community could ever dream of. I’ve fell in love with your intensity, the mentality and now with crossfit as a whole through you and your career. Truly an inspiration. Thanks for what you do and who you are.

Im SSSSOOOO EXCITED about the summer from watching this. I use 2 b a full-time runner til i had a bad injury. So no more competing which caused me alot of emotional drama 2 where i gained like 30lbs! This yr im Finally feeling the urge 2 start working out FT again. Which wud b more on the weight training side..so this is AWESOME!! Im so motivated by watching this. I would like a video about....hmmmmm....working on on your period...working out in humid weather and how to survive the heat....hairstyles for working out (how’s your bun in place after running?!)....favorite workouts of all time....how to work on your “weak areas” without feeling defeated....also-do you not use music while working out?! I didn’t notice any headphones while running....

Back in the days, I used to be a swimmer. 2 times a year, the week before the nationals, we used to “taper” to increase our performances at the most important meets every year. Do you use this form of training before a important game, let’s say the Reebok CF Games? If not, why not? Thanks in advance, I really enjoy the videos!:)

I guess along the same lines as your conditioning work, do you mostly spend time doing longer interval conditioning, or do you also blend in shorter, more high intensity conditioning? Sprint type workouts where you go all out for a shorter period of time?
