Dessert idea…Protein pudding
Ripe to over ripe avocados, almond milk, protein powder. It’s much better if the avocados are really soft. Unripe or firm ones will give it an odd taste and will be lumpy.
We do 3-4 med or large avocado, chocolate powder, and dark choco almond milk. Super simple and if you use ripe enough avocados you don’t even really taste them, they are just for consistency.
Blend ingredients until desired consistency. Add or subtract ingredients to taste.
So true on the chores! It’s super good for kids to have chores from little as well! Especially outside chores it is so good for their mind!!

I love that Tia is taking some well deserved time off. She's still the fittest woman on earth IMO, but now living like an average human her age. I can't even do toes to bar, but I am an expert at chopping veggies and meal prepping for a week while watching shitty TV shows. From one expert to another...

Hi Tia, love you videos! I only ever give one piece of advice to new parents, cook and freeze as much healthy, nourishing food as you can for the 4th trimester! When the baby is there, it’s pretty impossible to take the time to cook healthy meals, you will be so happy to grab something nutritious and homemade from the freezer!

It’s amazing to me that someone doesnt get enough symptoms in first trimester to notice their pregnant! Would love to know how far along you were when you found out. Your so inspiring, i managed to weight train till i gave birth even with criticism of others. Someone even told me i would put myself into early labour for weight lifting.

Shane is right! I have to cut my apples too because biting into one hurts my teeth. I got this little round apple slicer for when I made a pie a few years ago that takes the core out for me and it’s been the handiest little contraption.
